The only problem I had with that deal is that they came out and did the service but two month later my boiler broke. What I do not understand is that I had to replace the boiler in March and my Kids were in school and missed the boiler. How could they miss that? Maybe it was just the edge and I needed a new boiler. I expected them to explain and let me know the boiler is old. They should have given me their expert opinion and be more honest about the service. That is how you build trust.

Well, he fixed it without the need to replace the entire control and system.

Great. Rob took a lot of time to explain things. He was a great technician, an asset to the company for sure. Also, the folks who answered the phones and scheduled the appointments were extremely nice.

We'e been in this house for three years, but since the furnace was fairly new, we had never had it serviced. It gave us peace of mind to have ARS come. The technician told us that our boiler was turned up to 200 degrees, and turned it down to 180 to save energy. Now we feel ready for winter and secure knowing that our furnace is working fine. The technician called as he was finishing the previous job to let me know when he would be coming. He was very personable and professional.

I've used ARS 3 times but the third time did not go well. ARS uses subcontractors and I, have found missing items since the installation occurred. I, have reported this to the company a month ago, there has been no response. The initial contact stated that there has been no issues with this installer. I, explained I, would never use ARS again due to this situation, beware of whom they send to your home and keep an close eye there is a thief amongst them. I'm very disappointed what has occurred since some of the items a irreplaceable, what a disgrace a what a shame...

When calling the service provider I told them that I converted my burner from oil to gas. The person over the phone was either incompetent or just didn't know their job but they still made the appointment for yesterday, 11/23/15, from 12-3pm. The day of the appointment a rep showed up at 5pm instead. The rep looked at my burner and said he can't service it. When asking why the rep said that he was told he couldn't do it. The same rep serviced my burner a year and a half ago after the conversion was made too. I called today, 11/24/15, to complain about my experience since I received no actual explanation and the service manager in charge seemed that he could care less about my complaint. The manager said the rep wasn't suppose to do the job and that he reprimanded him. I asked why this wasn't explained to me and the manager said that he doesn't broadcast all of their mistakes. An honest statement would've helped me a lot but they didn't even call me to offer an explanation until I called them. The manager had a very unprofessional and cavalier attitude about the situation so I hung up on him.

Appointment was taken easily, and they sent someone quickly. Work was unfortunetaly not done properly, hadvto call back next day but they then sent another of their plumbers tthe next day, who was amazing, taking his time, explaining with drawings (wecare new to the US and in EU the gaz heating system and heaters themselves work very differently); the lady I talked to on the phone was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely have them come again if needed

I spent several weeks researching vendors for the job I wanted and settled on ARS, and in short I am extremely pleased that I did. From the time of the proposal, through scheduling and through install, that were very communicative and professional. Job was replacing a 40+ year old furnace and outdated ac, so it required some new ductwork and relaying out of the overall position of the system. At the end of the first day, as committed to, we had heat on our upper level. There was some issues with the internal wiring of the house, which delayed a bit the ability to connect the wifi based thermostat, but they were diligent in locating the problem and ultimately solving it. Everyone on site was professional and courteous and they left the jobsite spotless and put in 100+% the entire time they were d*** the job, even staying past 5:00 to ensure we had heat as promised. I am left with an impression that they do great work upfront and are committed to support and service, before, during and after install. The price was inline, and the equipment they recommend (all Lenox), is top of the line. The control of the new system is flawless and the house is at a perfect temperature, versus wild swings from the old and inefficient system. If you are looking for a wholesale upgrade or even service on an existing systems, from my experience, I'd start with them.

The technician spent about 15 minutes in my house, a whole 10 minutes was trying to convince me that my furnace was over burnt, and need to replace the heat exchange. The labor cost is $1500. Other than that, the only thing he did was some electric measurement . He did not check air flow, he did not check combustion oxygen, he did not check the furnace temperatures & performance. My house is three year new (so is the furnace). And I had annual maintenance every year. As a matter of fact, the maintenance was done by the same company in last year (BTW, the technician in last year was really good, and that was the reason that I hired them again). I feel all the guy did was trying to scam me. Update: after my first unhappy service in November and a negative feedback, I got a phone call from ARS and was offered a free new check up. I am really satisfied with the new technician, John. He did a through check up of my furnace, everything was OK. He also double checked the heat exchange, and confirmed that there might be some problems. The difference is, he explained to me well what was the cause, and how to avoid the future problem. I decided hold the fix until next year when it is warm. John's work exemplified what a good service should be. Thanks ARS for their extra effort to make a customer happy.

Arrived within window of time provided. Serviced Heating unit. Will use them again and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone else.

Two guys came to home after rescheduling couple of times and on the same day changed time of coming again. They looked at the 2nd floor AC unit and for changing a small plastic pipe wanted to charge me $ 335 (in addition to what I had agreed to pay $ 135) for diagnostic - there reason was that they carry lot of parts so they have to charge $ 335 even part costs only $ 10 and it would take them less than 10 minutes to replace. Also - they told me that they serviced ONE AC unit outside BUT I was not sure when as I was with them all the time and they had just looked at the outside unit. They asked me for the printout of my Angie's voucher - which I provided. When I questioned them - they said it took them only 10 mts to service the unit as it was in good shape - they wanted to get me into the yearly contract right there - I was not satisfied with the service and the serviceman and did not feel good about the whole thing so next day I called and spoke to the Service Manager and told my concerns - he them told me that the team had NOT serviced my AC unit, which was contradictory to what the team had told me day before - finally they agreed to refund me my money so I called Angie's and got my money back -

I scheduled the service for three weeks after my call on a day that I would be working from home. That day, no one showed up. When I called to inquire, they said that the computer had lost my appointment and they wouldn't be able to send another one that day. I imagine they were overwhelmed in discovering this issue, but they were a little impatient with me on the phone. I ended up having to reschedule for a couple of weeks later at which point they did show up, though the driver had trouble finding my place. Overall it was a so so experience.

I requested a quote for a new energy efficient furnace since mine is 25 years old and is showing its age. He provided quotes for 2 different furnaces, one higher priced and one lower priced. He was very professional.

He fixed the A/C unit (there were some vines growing into the A/C unit) and also changed the filters. He checked the coolant levels which were fine. We were very pleased with the work and will use them in the future.
