Description of Work: Complete tune-up and service of my central a/c unit, including tightening of confections, cleaning unit, replacement of filter, etc. the technician was prompt (actually early) and professionally went about his inspection. The information provided on my unit was detailed, with recommendations to create a more efficient system. ARS provided exactly what I asked for, and they wer very pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: Contacted provider for a quote. They returned the call in a timely manner. Great customer service. Came to the house and did a thorough assessment. He gave us a good quote with exactly what we needed (not too much or too little). While we haven't been able to start service yet due to our schedule, we intend to work with them in the near future.

Description of Work: they performed the correct services..but I had to call them back to fix a pump that no longer worked after the tuneup..(pump was old)and I still had to pay a discounter price. I'm not sure what happened to the pump..but it definitely old.

Description of Work: Checked/maintained our AC unit. I was a little p***** that they sold the Deal during the Spring when AC units are not suppose to be checked (too cool out). But the Deal would have expired so I did it anyway. I bet they won't put that one out there in July.....

We begin running the coupon in the spring as some years we have a very warm season and other years, like this one, we have a colder spring. The time frame to purchase the coupon does have an expiration date, however it is valid for 6 months after the date of purchase.

Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater. I had wanted a tankless water heater to replace broken one, but ARS didn't carry or recommend tankless. Technician did provide information on other 'green' alternatives and provided information on rebates. Installation & instructions for use were good, water heater works well, and electric bill is lower. Paperwork for rebate was processed in timely manner.
