Description of Work: I purchased a deal here through Angie's List for a tune-up on my central AC. Before the tech came out, my AC stopped working on the second floor. I have one zone but the air just wasn't coming out upstairs. The tech removed my filter in the basement and showed me how it was clogged and causing the problem. He didn't replace it with another filter but left me without a filter in the system. The AC started to work and then began to freeze up outside. The tech told me I probably needed a filter dryer, which would cost over $600 with labor, but if it turned out I also had a leak, it would cost around $1500. He recommended that I go with a local company who would not charge so much.

Description of Work: Removed and installed faucets on two bathroom sinks; checked drainage of bathtub and instilled some type of powder; purchased and installed exterior water faucet (a neat lever style); removed a broken toilet thing-a-ma-gig held together with a paper clip and installed an original replacement I had purchased previously. I had purchased the faucets for the two bathroom sinks. He gave me the paperwork for the faucets and took all the trash with him. He may have done pipe work on one of the sinks (1st floor). I have responded to this request before.

Description of Work: ARS did a tune up of my central A/C units. Although the technician did not arrive within the scheduled window, which was a bit frustrating, he was very professional and courteous. And the value for the service was worth it. I would definitely work with ARS again in the future.

It went extremely well.
Description of Work: Nick was great. He arrived on time ready to get to work. He fixed my shower as well as the kitchen sink. He was great with advice on future plumbing projects and the best route to take in doing them. He was very friendly and knowledgable in his expertise of work and would definitely hire him again.
