Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's list special deal offered by ARS for furnace cleaning and inspection. Ryan from ARS-Heating was professional and helpful. After cleaning and testing the furnace he explained that some parts were showing their age and might need to be replaced in the future. We decided to have the items replaced so Ryan ordered them and will return at a later date to install them.

Description of Work: they serviced my furnace. Very friendly and knowledgable young man. I did need a small part replaced which he showed me where it had rusted and it controlled my pilot light. If that went out I would be without heat or hot water and you know it would happen in the middle of the night. He had replacement part in his truck cost was about $112.00. He also took a look at my central air unit and answered questions I had about that. Very pleased with service and I will call them in spring for my air conditioner.

Description of Work: They came out to my house and wanted to charge $600 for a job that should have costed $200-$250 max. It should have taken and hour and a half tops. Any local plumber would not have tried to charge so much.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $99 for gas heating or cooling system tune-up. My experience was great.

Description of Work: Water Heater Flush and system evaluation. Well worth the $49 for piece of mind. It's good to flush the hot water heater annually for longer life of the heater. This is something that takes too long for me to do, but well worth the $49. The technician was prompt, courteous and informative.

Description of Work: ARS came and performed a tuneup of our central air. Tech was professional and pointed out some issues that may need to be addressed in the fall with the heating. Overall, a great visit and worth the money.

Description of Work: Performed a AC tune-up. Something I had not done in a few years. Did a fabulous job - system runs quietly and efficiently now. Spent 1.5 hours doing a very thorough job and then explained what he did. I am super satisfied!!
