Description of Work: I had purchased a deal from Angie's List for a furnace tune up. He arrived on time, wore booties, and gave a very professional appearance. However when he was nearly finished he tried to sell me the installation of a hard wired CO2 meter as well as a new glass tube fir the furnace that shows how much water is in it. When I told him no thanks, he indicated that the tube could go bad at any minute. Two days later I had no heat, and it turned out that he tube in my furnace had lost its seal. We had the first of the big snowstorms and I had no heat. I called them and left a message with the answering service- never heard back. So I called the people I usually use and they came right out. I want to assume that the tube's seal "went bad" on its own. Enough said.

Description of Work: Not so much a "tune up" as an inspection of the system, which was pretty fast. They did find a problem with the water circulator pump, though, and gave us a quote for replacing it, which we were grateful for. Easy to schedule and punctual service.
