Description of Work: Central AC had not been performing properly and the technician, Chris T., knew precisely what the problem was after spending a couple of hours in the attic and outdoors. When he arrived, he immediately went to work, put coverings over his shoes and spent four hours working on the AC problem. He was polite, friendly, told me what he was doing or going to do...I offered him water and a fan for the attic but he was pleasant enough to not accept the fan: It was part of his work! His ending invoice was exactly what he had estimated. the office staff was very polite and courteous in both making the appointment and calling to confirm the appointment the day before. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I plan on using them for my yearly upkeep.
