The project started later than planned with no communication on why. As a result the project was not completed on time. There were a number of incorrect parts installed (cheaper than what I paid for) and only rectified when I happened to notice. The work generated an unbelievable about of dust, with virtually no effort made to prevent that. I had to get a cleaning company to come to the house on two separate occasions to get it back to normal. I have had contract work done before, with walls knocked down etc and that created less mess than this job. There were 2-3 issues post installation and the response time was incredibly slow. One issue remains to-date unresolved. I have attempted to contact the company via phone, text and email and have not received a response for weeks. I have now given up on this company fixing the problem and have decided to go with another company. Overall, I was disappointed with the mess during installation but my main frustration is the challenges I have had to get them to fix the issues post installation.

Result of heating issues October 2019 - The air conditioning portion of the system worked extremely well for the summer season after the installation by NV Heating. The issue I have is upon the first use of the heating portion of the system. The expertise of the company in getting this brand new system to work with a standard Honeywell WiFi thermostat that had worked just fine for years with the previous system was non existent. The solution was to put a low end thermostat that did not even have scheduling options. They said they would follow up and they never did. It was necessary for me to incur additional charges with my Oil company to fix the issue which they did in less then an hour. I would not recommend NV Heating company. The review below was based on the installation of a new condenser and hydro air handler and is my thoughts as of the May 2019 installation. and was my initial thoughts - Promptly responded to my request and came right out for a quotation. Willing to working within my schedule to get the work done in a timely manner. Team showed up on time to do the work and did a quality job. They even vacuumed to clean up after themselves. Great experience

Set up appointment through home advisor, NV showed up on time and were very courteous. Troubleshot and fixed my AC unit within 30 minutes, very reasonable rate. Would definitely hire them again, highly recommend.

Keith does give people a feeling of being not in a rush to earn money, so to some extent, I somehow feel he could be more trustworthy. In terms of the cost, among the 3 contractors, the price he asked for is the lowest. If you talk about any downside, it could be that sometimes you may need to wait (we need to change the oil furnace + heatpump). The wait time i think is common among relatively smaller firms, unless you go with the really bigger ones (who probably also offers you the loan directly, thus does not require a big downpayment at the beginning and maybe not surprisingly, they ask for a much higher price as well). So overall, we would recommend his team

We hired NV heating to install a ductless split heater/ac system in our house. Right from the beginning Keith was very knowledgeable about the system to be installed. He also helped us navigate financing through Mass Save. The installation team was very professional, courteous and easy to work with. They finished on time and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking HVAC services.

A little expensive otherwise very prompt. I wasnt even expecting them to come to my home that fast! Would recommend them
