NV Heating and Air Conditioning

Excellent work and customer service. We replaced our oil burning furnace with mini-splits and a separate system with ducts/vents in the attic. Everything has been great so far. We had a bit of a complicated job, retrofitting all these new units into a very old house. We highly recommend them!

These guys were amazing. I loved the fact that they had an apprentice learning with them. Shows a commitment to longevity and a sustainable business. They answered all my questions and were very respectful. I ask a lot of questions so that was really great. I have been running the new heat pumps for over a year. The run amazingly.

Hired the company to install 6 Fujitsu split AC units in my house for a total cost of 25K. Installation was uneventful. One of the outdoor units was installed in a way that it encroached on a walkway and I questioned Keith the owner, he was not very friendly and was not willing to discuss. A year later, one of the ACs stopped working and I requested they check it out. The service person came and couldn't figure out what was wrong. He was on the phone with the mother company for 4 hours and eventually determined that a mouse had eaten through the wires. He replaced the part and I was charged $700 right on the spot. I asked if I could pay this later and he said no. 2 years later, the same unit stopped blasting cool air. I requested they send someone hoping this would be covered by the warranty. They determined the unit was low on the Freon due to possible leak. I told them that a leak should be covered by the warranty since itâ s a fairly new unit and they were the only ones that had serviced it. He said it was not his problem and I was asked to pay $740 on the spot again for 35 minute visit, telling me it took him two hours to get to the house because of traffic and its on me! This summer, 3 out of the 6 units do not give any cool air what so ever. Extremely disappointing I am filing a complaint with Fujitsu and BBB. I hope I don't have to use NV Heating and Air Conditioning again.

My experience with NV Heating and Air Conditioning was incredible. Keith the owner came over to assess the job and took the time to explain how the system worked and went over of the various options. He got back to me in a timely manner with a fair price. He assured me the install will be done neating and without incident and I would be happy. They did not disappoint! I was extremely happy with the results. Ron the project manager was a down the earth guy that was professional and willing to explain things to me as the job was progressing. The 2 young workers Richard and Nathan were both awesome. They were both good workers that got the job done without issue. I really enjoyed speaking to them and they were helpful in explaining things to me when I had questions. From the office Manager "Dawn" down to the work crew NV Heating and air Conditioning was top notch. They had it all with a fair price and high quality installation. Add to that Keith the Owner is a Veteran!

We were well taken care of for our heat pump system installation. Estimate was very competitive and the customer service was great. They also helped us navigate the rebate and financing process, taking on some of that burden. Will definitely be hiring them again when the time comes.

I had NV Heating and Air Conditioning install a ductless mini split system and 4 smart thermostat for me in a 3 family property in Westborough. From start to finish, everyone involved with the project (the owner, all the workers and office personnel) were professional, courteous and competent. Keith (owner)understood the system very well so he was able to explain in layman's terms to me and also help out with the mass save rebate paperwork at the end.Being a 3 family in an older home with a disjointed layout it was a challenge to get it right. But in the end all of the work inside and out was well thought-out and neat. In my 27 years of owning rental properties this project was certainly one of the best experiences I've had. Easy 5 stars, would highly recommend!

Actual installation was both an air conditioner and a natural gas furnace. Keith listened carefully to what I wanted and accordingly prepared several proposals. I made a selection and NV was able to get the equipment promptly and install it quickly. Keith then assisted in preparing paperwork for a rebate through Massave. Keith and his team made what is normally a stressful experience into a pleasant one.

They came today and did a wonderful job and now I have peace of mind that our furnace is in great working condition. This family business got in contact with us within a day. The owner, Keith, was exceptional in answering all our questions. He gave us a fair estimate and after several others also gave estimates, felt his knowledge and communication with us was what we were most comfortable with. Dawn gave us all the financial info in a timely manner and the entire install was one day. The workers were very professional, pleasant and were respectful. The area was picked up and left very clean when they were finished. Very happy we signed a contract with them! Keith came back after a couple days to be sure we were happy and had no problems.

Did good job replacing old boiler. Very reasonable price and willing to accommodate customer's ask. Would definitely recommend.
