Very professional techs, and reasonable price.

Keith the owner came out immediately to look at our heat pump. He answered every question I had regardless of how silly they might have been- I had zero knowledge of what was needed to fix or replace our system. He was on time and courteous of us having a newborn in the house. He was able to set up a time to replace our heating system that worked for our schedule within two weeks. The guys that work for him are fantastic. They made sure everything was working properly, cleaned up after themselves, and helped me set up our new thermostat. We can't thank them enough for making this whole process so easy. Keith and his team took the time to explain to us every detail from equipment needed, installation, maintenance, and the rebate forms.

We recently decided to have central air installed in our home. After searching on line and reading reviews, we decided to call NV to come out and quote. Keith, the owner, was there promptly when he said heâ d be. After a thorough walk thru and some thought, he recommended mini splits based on the layout of our house. We decided to go with this and couldnâ t be happier. He had given a rough timing estimate during the visit, and then we were given a schedule upon deposit. They were there on the exact day they said they would be and finished early. The installer crew led by Ron was extremely professional and tidy. We had trouble with one compressor the day before leaving for vacation and I called to let them know, told them when weâ d be back, and they had someone there first thing the next morning for an immediate fix. The units have been running splendidly and these 90 degree days have been so much better for us than in the past! Youâ ll notice many positive reviews for NV, and I will say they are all the real deal. We would recommend NV in the highest fashion, and will attest to an exemplary experience with Keith and his team.

Great company to work with. They're very thorough on what needs to be done to fix a problem and are very professional. So far they've done two repairs to my heating system and were always pleasant and willing to help. Keith and Ron are great guys and I'll be calling them for my HVAC needs.

I ended up spending $950 on a power venter and never received any data backing up the warranty . All information was verbal.

Keith provided an estimate addressing my needs and situation. Ron, lead tech, and Mark worked skillfully and diligently from 7:30a supervising the removal and delivery of a new steam oil burner and then connecting it for heat. Gary hooked up the hot water and the job was complete. Everyone was pleasant and provided quality workmanship, neat, clean to my satisfaction.Great team! The next day, I was comfy with heat and hot water and a new furnace, a new service NV Heat & Air Condition and Keith, a competent leader that understands the process. Highly recommended. From the first phone call this was an excellent experience. I retired from a $40 million gift business where I managed customer service and I am very hard to please. I also have been very stressed over the problem with the furnace because I have a sick relative at home who I am taking care of. At all times every customer representative from NV was knowledgeable, positive, supportive, and even cheerful. The person I spoke to on the phone was great and supportive even though the first time I spoke to her I thought I had corrected the problem myself and I told her I didn't need help. The reps who came to my home were obviously experienced and capable and after listing to the air flow, touching the ducts and studying the conditions like doctors, they zeroed in on the cause of the problem within a short period of time. They left to get a part, came back in a timely manner and replaced the part. I am now so comfortable in my home. I could not be happier with the service and overall experience I received from NV Heating and Air Conditioning.
