I initially chose NV Heating and Air to install a new boiler and indirect water heater because of the thorough evaluation they did when they came to give the quote...and I'm really glad I did go with them. The other quotes I received were over the phone (how do you know how big my house is?) or in person but trying to sell me a million other things ("Ohh you're oil tank needs to be replaced immediately, I'd hate for you to have a big oil spill in your basement"). Keith and his team were incredibly professional in all aspects: the quote was thorough (they measured every room in the house); the install process was quick and looks professional; the equipment he chose for my particular situation was top notch; they left my basement looking exactly the same (minus the old beast of a boiler) as when they came in; and he even came back on a weekend to identify and fix a wire that had come loose (loose from the factory, not because of anything they did). Very happy from top to bottom with Keith and his crew. I would not hesitate at all in recommending them for any sort of boiler or hot water heater install or repair...clearly very knowledgeable. I'll turn to them for all of my HVAC needs from here on out.

They were here when they promised, they were polite from start to finish, and they cleaned up at the end of every day...the floors and rugs vacuumed...every day!! Keith was amazing to work with. responsive, communicative, fair with a great work ethic. Don't let the category I chose fool you: he replaced my entire oil furnace central heat and air conditioning system and the hot water heater attached to it. He switched me to a system of high efficiency heat pumps and a heat pump water heater all running on electric. The point was to eliminate my reliance of fossil fuels. Keith researched, planned and implemented the system for me, worked with me for 9 months on this project. In that time there was not a single phone call, email or text message that he did not respond to. came to my house to trouble shoot, sent another pro he works with when i had issues and he was recovering from surgery. he also took care of completing all the info for my state rebates and everything so all i had to do was add my name and mail it. He is a consummate professional and I have no hesitation recommending him.

Very efficient and professional. Prompt and timely service. Great product support and assistance with rebates on the product. Very courteous and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered with the detail I needed to completely understand the system. Keith prepared the rebate forms and guided me through the proper operation of the system. He and his crew were respectful and caring about their work. I recommend NV to everyone. I will use them again without question.

Did an amazing job, got everything working better then before and in a timely manner. They didn't waste time and gave me advice to keep my heating system working great. compared to other quotes I got NV was the most reasonable and pretty spot on to what they actually charged. I forget the guys name who did they work but he said he was relatively new to the company which shows me they are hiring very quality people.

One final issue yet to resolve, but follow-up service has been excellent. Showed up with his workers on-time and completed the work on time. Some minor problems remained after installation, but he returned promptly to resolve them. Cost for project was also reasonable and fair. Workers were polite and neat, and cleaned-up well when work was done including removal of old equipment.

This company was very professional and on time. When he said things would get done by a certain date, it happened, always answer questions that we had, or time line. I would highly recommend him to anybody who was looking for a air conditioner services or installation. He will be doing our annually check up every year.
