Excellent experience. Owner (Keith) called day before to confirm appointment and to discuss what has been going on with my AC system. Day of appt. called to see if he could come 1 hour earlier as he had finished up his prior job. He was very professional and took time to explain what was wrong with the system. His charge was more than fair and much more reasonable than other experts that we had hired in the area. We were so impressed that we asked him to return in the Fall to service our burner and in the Spring to do the same for out AC. We plan on signing a service contract with Keith in the near future.

My request was quickly acknowledged by the owner, an appointment set, and they arrived on time and got the work done quickly and perfectly (All while they educated me on the system). Excellent service from start to finish. We met with Keith who gave us multiple options & quotes, taking the time to explain so that we could understand, each of the options. Quote was competitive and included everything - even preparing rebate paperwork. Price came in exactly as quoted, work started with no delays and took as long as anticipated. Keith has a team of true professionals who did a superb install. A very pleasant and trust-worthy group to have around. They cleaned everything as they worked. I was so impressed with the idea of holding a box up to the ceiling as cuts were made for the registers, so that dust and debris were collected. Loved it! Fujitsu system they installed is beyond amazing - cools incredibly and no sound at all. Keith came out to check and calibrate. Highly recommend NV Heating & AC.

Keith does a very professional job. I am very happy with my AC units.

Keith was late for 11 appointment but called at about 10 said he was running late and offered to reschedule. I was fine with waiting and he arrived about noon. His work was very good and the bill was less than the estimate. He ws very courteous and competent.

Keith and Luke showed up early, got right to work, made sure the work sites were clean, was informative about the work the performed and wanted to make me aware of future impacts (material costs & potential modifications needed) to the equipment serviced.

That he asked before doing any work. Very knowledgeable in his field. Very helpful
