I found NV Heating and Air Conditioning through Home Advisory and use their on line appointment calendar all worked well. The owner Pete called me a few days before the appointment to confirm. When his technician Ron show up he introduced himself with a smile and went right to work and found the problem in 10 minutes. He had the part a new motor on his truck and completed the job in short time. Answered all my questions and even showed me how his Hi Tech monitor worked and how it saves him and me time and gives very accurate information. Bill was fair and accurate. I will call again as well as recommend NV to my friends and family.

I sent a message to NV Heating & AC requesting to have our oil burner cleaned, and I'm very happy with the work that was done by Jesse. Professional work and attitude, and fair pricing. Would've been a 5-star review, but for what I guess was a misunderstanding: Keith, the owner, called me promptly and set up an appointment. He was professional and courteous, and although he mentioned something about offering me some contracts, I was under the impression that the appointment was primarily for the burner cleaning. It turns out, I took a half day off for nothing, as this first appointment was just to show me contracts (which I wasn't interested in), and then to set up the *real* appointment to get the burner cleaned. An appointment to make an appointment, as it were? Seemed like overkill (still not really sure why it was necessary...) and, again, wasted 1/2 day of my time off work. Still, the work was well done and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. I'll just make sure the appointment is to get the actual cleaning done next time!
