Description of Work: I first called Oct 4and was told he would call baack. I called again on Sun and Mon and Tues and was told he would call back. He never did. I called Baker Elman on Tues aft(from Angies List). His associate diagnosed my leaking kitchen faucet over the telephone as needing a new cylinder, which was ordered and installed on Friday. I was very pleased with his service.

Description of Work: My heat stopped working on a Thursday night and my husband and I discovered that our gas furnace was experiencing a system lockout.It was 19 degrees out and the thermostat was dipping lower and lower, so I bit the bullet and called Bolivar for an after hours repair at 7:30 at night. I received a call back within 10 minutes and was told someone would be out within the hour. The technician arrived 15 minutes later and got right to work.He opened up the cover to the pilot. He turned a couple of switches off and on and changed the filter and the pilot re-lit.He spent some more time to make sure there was nothing else wrong and it appeared all was right and the heat was working fine. He said there was nothing more for him to do and left without charging us. This was everything you could want in a plumbing/heating company, or any kind of service company-they were polite, professional, courteous, and responsive and I will DEFINITLEY use them in the future and refer friends and neighbors to them!
