I bought a coupon from the Big Deal posted on Angie's List back in April. I asked Colleen to delay scheduling until it was convenient for me, because I was planning to move and it would be easier to clean the carpets after the furniture was out of the way. She was accommodating and waited until I called. My original Big Deall was for 3 rooms of carpet and she offered to do the stairs at a 15% discount. I agreed to that and John was prompt and arrived on time. He was very pleasant and did a nice job and after I explained my budget limitations, he did my small upstairs hall for free, just because he wanted it to look right..

Went well -- admittedly there wasn't much for the service provider to do but the provider handled it professionally and quickly.

We called to make an appointment and spoke to Mrs. Perez.. She e-mailed the estimate with room dimensions. John Perez came promptly, listened to us as we walked around and went to work as we sat on our balcony. He spent extra time on the more soiled areas and even got out a spot he noticed in our communl hallway! The process took about an hour. We had an oriental rug on top of the wall-to-wall with a non-slip pad underneath. (Not a good idea.) After removing it, we were left with some residual stickiness and mold. John explained why this occurred and successfully removed it all. We left for the afternoon, came back and found it had all dried nicely. We put the furniture back the next day. (Too tired to do it in the evening. ) John is a true professional with a very amiable personality. We highly recommend him.

The carpet cleaner moved the large furniture, pretreated the carpet, and cleaned the carpet. He arrived on time, worked professionally, and put everything back where it belonged.

As soon as I purchased the "deal" (April I think) I got an email asking when I would like the cleaning done. I replied June and got a ok no problem answer. In early July I emailed to ask if I could set up an appointment time. Got a prompt reply and the date was set up. Jen and I exchanged a number of emails so that she could accurately tell me the price. July 10th arrived and so did John exactly on time. He came in and I showed him what I needed done, he asked a question or two said he could do the hall area for a slight charge, we agreed and he started his work. When John finished about 1.5 hours later he called me over to show me 2 spots he couldn't get out. He said one spot looked like paint and the other spot looked like glue. I am amazed at this diagnosis because that is what they are. John gave me the invoice and I gave him the check. I am very pleased . .

Very well. Arrived on time and was friendly. Looking forward to using the service again if the same deal arises.

Setting up the appointment was easy and convenient. I'm sure that $69 dollars was a good price for three rooms. We have no experience with having carpets washed and I asked what we should do before hand. The answer wasn't very detailed. Basically clear stuff from the rooms. We emptied the rooms as much as we could but had to leave some heavy pieces. The workman moved a few of those, which we appreciated. He also mentioned that the rooms were exceptionally cleared out. If we over did it, I would have liked some input on that from the scheduler, since clearing out was a lot of work for us.

It went great - from the moment I purchased the big deal through the completion of the work. They contacted me directly to schedule the work after I purchased the Big Deal. They answered all my questions promptly and nicely. On the day the work was done, they arrived on-time, were very nice, and worked quickly and neatly. The carpets came out nice and clean.

All went well, no complaints! Very polite and professional demeanor.

My elderly mother moved to assisted living after living in a condo for 3-4 years. She is somewhat unsteady on her feet and consequently spilled cranberry juice, red wine and plates of food on a cream colored carpet. After she moved I researched carpet cleaners on Angie's list and chose one that was both highly rated and local. I called JP Carpet Cleaning arranged a time for them to come. John arrived a few minutes before the appointed time and was pleasant, courteous and very professional. I hoped he would be able to get up some of the stains. He spent about 2 hours scrubbing 3 rooms and a hall. When he finished I was amazed. He had gotten up all the stains and the carpet looked wonderful - almost like new. The price he charged was very fair and cheaper than others. I would recommend him to anyone.

JP Carpets washed all three of my white rugs in my basement and did a great job. They removed all the furniture and rejplaced it, as well. We couldn't be more pleased. They were courteous and prompt.

The price was vefry competitive even with the add on. They were flexible with the schedule. They accommodated me and did it on a Saturday. They showed up on time, did a good job, and I was happy with it. They worked with us very well.

Mr. Perez arrived at my home exactly at the time scheduled. He was pleasant and personable and performed all work efficiently and in a professional manner. I would definitely hire him again and have already referred a good friend who has already scheduled a cleaning.

Very well. He was at my house a few minutes early. He was friendly, professional, comfortable to be around. the basement carpets came out nice and clean and deordorized. very good value for $69. I recommend JP Carpet Cleaning and will use him again.

All interactions were great. J.P. came out shortly after we called them to provide an estimate. The estimate was inline with our expectations. We scheduled a time for them to clean the carpets and they arrived right on time, performed the work in about an hour, and cleaned up everything before they left. We are super happy with their work, and will definitely call them again.

It worked out very well. He did a good job. It was a good deal. He was very efficient, friendly and clean.

Overall it was an excellent experience: initial scheduling was easy, the service request was asked for in detail, the service happened on time with a very nice, professional demeanor, and the pricing was very fair.

We've used JP Carpet in the past and when I saw an Angie's List Big Deal for them I grabbed it. John and Colleen are professional, prompt and reliable. This time John cleaned the carpet in 2 rooms, two staircases and a landing, 2 area rugs and our sofa. Everything looks fantastic when he leaves and he always accommodates our work schedule. I will use them again.

It went wonderfully. I had to time it so I could get my dogs out of the house and the owner was very accomodating about the time and extremely patient with my barking dogs. I prepped my rooms by moving out what I could. I had to leave two heavy hutches and a huge canopy bed in the bedroom and one bureau in the large walk-in closet. He said it would be no problem. I left with the dogs and an hour or so later he called me on my cell phone to say he was done and I went back to the house. My carpet is a light beige and after three years of spills and dogs etc, it was so filthy that I was going to replace it all. When I got home I couldn't believe my eyes. I felt like he installed a brand new carpet! It was beautiful. He even cleaned under the heavy pieces. It think he must be a magician or something. I know he is a very nice man. I still like to walk around and see how much brighter my rooms are now. I gotta great deal for excellent work.

The owner/operator of J.P. Carpet Cleaning arrived on schedule and ready to work. He assessed the area needing to be cleaned. He let me know that the area was above the scope of the Big Deal. I agreed to the additional cost which was fair based on my previous experience with carper cleaners. The results were well worth it! It has been a week since my rugs were cleaned and they've retained the color and freshness they had just after the cleaning. I've had my rugs cleaned annually for 10 years by many quality companies. The depth and quality of cleanliness produced by J.P. far exceeds previous experiences. JP uses a sophisticated technology to produce the results he gets. I will never use any other company again. JP is pleasant, considerate and thorough. I highly recommend him. The best part for me is that I will not have to replace my carpets in the near future as I'd previously thought I would. A savings all around.

I should mention that we have used this company in the past and were very pleased with their work previously. We received an email from JP Carpet Cleaning after signing up for their $69 special asking us to contact them to making an appointment with suggestions about time of day. We called, scheduled an appointment and John arrived on time for the job. We walked through house to show him which areas to clean and then got out of his way. John handled moving all furniture during the cleaning and putting back in place (we had previously removed surface articles from furniture and small items from floor areas). As previously, John did a superb job of cleaning our carpets.
