The workmen came at 9am sharp, exactly as agreed. The work taken less than an hour with excellent results, and absolutely no collateral damage. Clean, quick and friendly. A dream scenario! Highly recommended.

My request was responded to in less than 24 hours and they were able to schedule within a few days. John was on-time and got straight to work. He was able to remove stains from a carpet that had been their for years and could not be removed by myself. He was professional and efficient. He also followed safety precautions and work a mask correctly the whole time. We will definitely use them again for cleaning and would recommend to anyone needing cleaning done.

We called JP Carpet cleaning for a coffee stain on our oriental rug. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Colleen was very helpful and accommodating over the phone with answering my questions and scheduling the appointment. John came to clean our carpets and was very helpful explaining rug care and maintenance. Had a great experience with this business and will definitely use them again!

After our finished-basement wall to wall carpeting got wet during a recent storm we worried about mold. John came out to look at the situation, peeled back the carpet to confirm that the mat had dried out and was not in fact moldy, diagnosed general issues with airflow in our basement that might lead to a mildew smell, explained how to correct them, and then proceeded to provide an extremely thorough carpet cleaning of our entire finished basement. From the time I first emailed with questions to the time he came and did the whole job was only 3 days; in between we had great communication both by phone and email to discuss options and set up the appointment. I couldn't possibly be more pleased. I will absolutely use his services again.

John was (and has been in the past) a professional and careful worker. Very personable and super guy and good worker. We have used this company several times over the past 5 years and would definitely use them again.

JP did a fantastic job. Scheduling was easy with Colleen via email. She made sure that she had the correct address and phone number to reach me at. John showed up a little early and we discussed what needed to be done. I was able to leave him there while he did the work, and when he was done he called me to take a look. Every inch of the carpeting had been cleaned. John pointed out that he was concerned that the cranberry spill might not completely disappear because it had soaked in and dried, and recommended that I make sure to have my renters report any issues sooner rather than later so that he can come over quickly to resolve. I am very pleased with the results.

Excellent job. John had cleaned the previous carpets a number of years prior and done a great job, so when I needed to have the new carpeting cleaned, I made sure I looked him up again. He was able to get every single stain out of the carpeting. After he was done, the carpets looked like new. There wasn't a single stain left. I couldn't be more pleased with John and his work.
