J P CARPET CLEANING

After arriving on time, we went over the job together before the work began. The two rooms are now as clean as can be ! I'm very pleased and recommend JP Carpet cleaning.

They were fine. They did exactly what they were supposed to. They cleaned good and everything was fine. They were prompt and the service was good. There were no issues. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They came out a month or two after the deal was purchased.

They did a great job with the work. There was just a slight misunderstanding in terms of the final price. I bought a deal from them that expired and they were kind enough to let me go ahead and use the deal. 3 rooms for $69. Unfortunatley I misunderstood what she said on the phone and thought my couch, walk in closet, and basement would be included in that price and thought she was just going to extend the deal to me even though it was expired. That was not the case however. She just put the $69 towards the work that they did which was not part of a deal or promotion. Again, they were super professional and did great work so it all worked out okay. Just a bit surprised by the final price.

I called and left a message to set up an appointment and I was called back very promptly. John arrived right on time and did a great job cleaning several pieces of furniture. He even got out a stain that I thought was stuck there forever! I would highly recommend JP Carpet Cleaning. I have used them before and will definitely use them again.

Service provided was good. I was a little surprised by the ultimate price. The man said I paid $60 for two rugs and then charged me $225 for a couch (with six cushions), a recliner, and six seats on my dining room chairs. I do not know if I was overcharged or not?

We purchased their 'deal' and set up an appointment but, with our schedule, things changed. They were very accommodating to multiple schedule changes. We had four rooms for them to do, one of which is the equivalent of about two bedrooms. They arrived on time and worked diligently to clean the carpet. In the end they had done a great job and the extra they charged for the additional space was more than reasonable. We would definitely use them again.

JP Carpet Cleaning was very thorough, and prompt. John was very professional and courteous. Everything was done in a timely and efficient manner. I definitely would use this service again, and would recommend JP Carpet Cleaning to anyone. Thanks for an excellent job!

They called me to schedule an appointment, and I mentioned that we have a wool rug that we wanted cleaned. The receptionist lady said that they didn't do rugs - "You should've read the fine print." We did have other rooms to be done, however, it left such a bad taste in my mouth that I didn't want to continue with this company.

Showed up on time and did a wonderful job! They were very professional and gave us a great deal through Angie's List.

Removed spots and brightened up the overall appearance. I will keep them on my call list.

Cleaner was prompt, professional, and friendly. Room was cleaned well. He offered advice about keeping window open sometimes to keep carpet fresh.

Jim responded punctually to my request for an appointment and he showed up exactly on time. I had just had renovations done and needed the stairway carpet cleaned; it had taken a beating during the 6 month process. He was here a couple of hours and the carpet has been brought back to life. I had actually forgotten how bright the color was. It's about 10 years old so it doesn't exactly look like new, but if I have Jim back twice a year, I believe we can make them last another 7 to 10 years. I am very pleased with the outcome. He does excellent work. Highly recommend!!

John Perez contacted me soon after I bought the deal. He came the date I requested and showed up on time. He did a good, thorough job on the carpets.

I sent an inquiry email and the office got back to me very quickly with an estimate for sofa and loveseat cleaning. The price was reasonable and I was able to set up an appointment for the very next day! My couches are tan, 9 years old, having been moved around multiple times. They've sustained heavy use with roommates and now just with my family and rambunctious toddler and I'm embarrassed to say they have never been cleaned... JP was punctual, thorough, and left my couches looking like new something I thought impossible. He went the extra mile and included pieces that weren't discussed upfront and even touched up my rug since he knows I have a toddler that plays in the area. I couldn't be happier with the results, the professionalism, the "extra mile", and the pricing!

Everyone we dealt with was pleasant. The service was performed on time and my rugs looked great. It's the first time getting rugs cleaned so I wasn't sure what to expect. But just wish we could have gotten a spot out of our pottery barn wool rug. Not sure anyone could though.

Did exactly what they promised, no muss, no fuss. Did not try to upsell me on anything. I was completely satisfied.

This worked out okay. Nothing really stood out as memorable with this deal. Scheduling was easy around the holidays.

JP Cleaning was wonderful. He arrived on time. We discussed what rooms would be included in the Big Deal purchase and then I added another room and stairs without any pressure from him. He was very professional, pleasant and efficient. The quality of his work was outstanding. I was very pleased and would certainly recommend him to my friends.

They came when we scheduled it. They were very professional. They did a very good job and exceeded our expectations in removing stains from the carpet. He arrived on time and he moved furniture. We moved all the small furniture but we couldn't move the big couches. We expected that he would just clean around it but he moved the furniture and cleaned under it. We were very pleased.

I was very happy with JP. He was very professional and left the place very clean. I will definitely use them again. They replied to my emails very promptly. He was there on time and finished in a timely manner. A definite A plus for the service. I will recommend him to my friends.

John Perez (owner of J. P. Carpet Cleaning) was on time (actually a little before the appointed time). He is very knowledgeable and professional. I am very pleased with the result of my wall-to-wall carpets and stairs; and the two upholstered easy chairs which had not been professionally cleaned before. The Big Deal price was $69 for 3 rooms of carpet; I actually had John do the stairs and chairs for an additional (very reasonable) charge. I would definitely use J. P. Carpet Cleaning again, and would recommend the service to anyone (already have!). Originally, I had contracted to also have my couch cleaned; however, J. P. advised me that the stains would not come out, and he did not want me to waste my money. He even tried cleaning one of the cushions for free, just to show me that the stains are permanent (mostly due to the age of the fabric).

Cleaned all the carpets throughout house. He was punctual. however after he finished I pointed out several stains in my daughters bedroom that did not come out. he said they would not come out. after he left I went through several rooms where stains remained, used my own spot remover, blotted, and removed them myself. good for general cleaning, fair price, but didn't seem to work very hard at removing stubborn stains.

John showed up early for the appointment. Suggested we move the area rugs outside for the cleaning so that they dry quicker. John moved the rugs himself and did a great job on cleaning the couch and chair. I would use his service again without any reservation.
