Not interested in using a service that fails to return calls

"JP" arrived on time and took each piece of my sectional and thoroughly cleaned and deodorized it. He then cleaned the area rug in the same room as the sectional. At one point I returned to the room to find JP had cleaned yet another area rug in my entrance way (that I hadn't designated for cleaning) -- and he did this for free! This was a very kind gesture, which I took as a way to say "thanks for being a new client". He also advised us to make sure we get our stair runner cleaned soon, as they become very hard to clean after a couple of years due to embedded dirt. He did not pressure, just diplomatically recommended.

Perfect. A really nice guy. He was on time, showed concern for the house and plantings when parking and placing his equipment, and worked hard for almost two solid hours. Extremely reasonable price. The furniture looks and smells *so* much better!!!!! (And by the way, my dog, who hates strangers -- men in particular, was unaccountably calm with him in the house.)

Quite smoothly. This is the 2nd time they've serviced us. Very easy, pleasant to deal with and compliments were again received from building trustees and owners. He also dealt with the aggravation of street cleaning towing in a professional manner.

John did an excellent job. He showed up on time, was very thorough, explained what he was doing, and answered all my questions. He is the consummate professional. I will use him again when needed.

John was right on time, pleasant, careful and thorough. He explained about a few spots, mostly bleach, that wouldn't come out. But almost all the carpet is back to the original color when it was installed 16 years ago. He had all his equipment with him, and didn't even need water from the house - his truck came filled with enough. Also, it was quick and easy to make an appointment using the internet. Thanks, Angie, for making it so efficient.

He arrived on time, worked steadily, and was done in about three hours. A very pleasant and professional guy.

Fantastic! John and his crew were great. They cleaned our office carpet, which was beyond dirty, and was able to get out major stains. The carpets look great. Rave reviews from the staff on how great they look. I would definitely recommend.

John is fantastic. He not only cleaned, but helped me figure out what to get for a new under-rug and then put it down. He also advised me about some creatures that were eating my rugs, and will come back with something to spray on them. He's a wonderful man, kind, helpful, knowledgable. I would recommend him to anyone!! Price didn't seem too high.

The couches turned out great! I made an appointment through Angie's List's messaging service. John was on time and had his own equipment in his van. The couches were fully dry the next morning. Great experience!

John is incredibly professional. I had skipped a few cleaning cycles. It looked wonderful when he left but after drying a few of the stains were slightly visible. I asked for him to come back and an appointment was made, he was extremely prompt and he worked hard for no extra charge to clean those few areas. I am certain he has done all he can to remedy the situation. Professional, reliable and reasonable priced. I will use him regularly now.

FANTASTIC!! I had a 22 year old Crate and Barrel chair with light beige cotton upholstery that survived a baby/child and 2 cats. I tried everything to get it clean, but I just made it look worse. (Only the cushion covers were removable.) I didn't want to replace it, because I never found anything I liked as much, and it had so many memories. Now it looks like new!!! Owner also cleaned my sofa, another chair and wool rug. On the way out, he cleaned my 'mud rug' in the front hallway for free.

John cleaned rugs in five rooms and on two sets of stairs, moving furniture, including beds, to make sure he would be able to clean the entire rug. Rugs look beautiful. He was able to get out stains that I assumed were permanent. Would definitely use him again

JP showed up on time, as promised, and completed the cleaning within the estimated time. The carpets looked great even though it had been a while since they were cleaned. Residual odor was pleasant, not overpowering. JP's communication prior to the work was excellent and JP is quite good at customer relations. Easy to work with.

John was great! He was early (a feat considering he had to manage rush hour traffic as we live south of the Charles River!) and extremely professional, friendly and helpful. He moved our very heavy furniture and also gave me some tips to keep the carpet as new looking as possible. I will definitely use him again as i can't say enough good things about his service!

Joe was very professional. He came on time, listened very carefully to what I needed, and got it down. He was able to come at relatively short notice which I really appreciated. I will definitely use him again.

This is the second time I have used this carpet cleaner. It was easy to schedul. He was on time and did a great job. Our carpeted stairs that were grimy now look new. The price seemed very fair.

It was a small job, just the conference room carpet in a small business, but J P Carpet Cleaning communicated well, came promptly and did a great job. We would definitely use them again.

I've been having John clean my furniture for a few years now. He always shows up on time or early, is very courteous and professional, and does a great job getting most stains out of furniture that result from accidents my pets have. I will continue to use them in the future!

He cleaned and sanitized the areas for me. The provider was on time, friendly and professional. They got the stain from my dog's accident out as well.

Great job. Punctual, friendly and helpful. Respectful of the rest of our house even as he had to pull hoses to reach remote sections of carpet. They were able to fit us in quickly after we completed some house repairs - dust, dust, dust. I would fully recommend J P Carpet cleaning.

They got back to me and referred me to another company because they didn't do the type of work I needed done. They were extremely helpful.
