Excellent work. They were a bit late, but did a good job. The carpets are clean and fresh. We'd definitely have them back!

The owner did the work himself. He arrived about an hour later than we had scheduled. The work was very well done, quick but thorough. He also cleaned the rug in the entryway for no extra charge, just because it was dirty.

Beautiful job! I was afraid one chair would need slipcovers it was so grubby, but John got it clean. He did a much more thorough job in the car than I expected, even removing all the crumbs caught down next to the seats. John was very pleasant to deal with, despite 99-degree weather. He called to say he would be about an hour late, but it was closer to two; I would have liked a second phone call. But a minor quibble considering the good job he did on such a hot day. He also gave me a generous Angie's List discount.

Work was scheduled quickly. Contractor arrived promptly and did a thorough job, including moving furniture in tight spaces.

This is the second time I used JP Carpet Cleaning, and I was as thrilled with them this time as I was the last. He arrived on time, quoted an incredibly reasonable price, and did a fantastic job. He removed stains from our very light-colored carpet that I never thought would come out, and made our furniture look brand new - a hard thing to do given that we have a dog who sheds and gets everything dirty. I would absolutely use JP again.

I found JP on Angie's list, called at 5:30pm on a Friday, spoke with his awesome wife, explained our situation. She gave me his cell phone number which I called right away and had a conversation with JP; who asked me all sorts of detailed questions so he could try to figure out what we were dealing with before he came over. He then happily agreed to come the very next morning to take care of it (hours before we were having guests over for a party). He called before he came on a Saturday morning, figured out the problem, took care of it, and was on his way in 45 minutes - all for $35. This level of service and responsivieness (and reasonable price) is so very RARE and so very much appreciated.

He was extremely nice and he did an excellent job. I didn't realize he did on site Oriental rug cleaning and upon learning about it he offered to do ours for us at an extremely reasonable price during the same visit. He was on time and very professional. I will only use JP Carpet Cleaning in the future.

John came on time, was very pleasant, and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. We were very pleased with the results, especially since the carpet had not been cleaned in at least four years. Would definitely use JP Carpet Cleaning again.

Very responsive, arrived on scheduled date & time, & seemed to do a good job with work. Did not move sofa & clean underneath; popcorn & pencils found under sofa in room that was cleaned.

JP was prompt, courteous and professional. JP Carpet does not use ''subs'' do do their work.

John made everything look and smell great! The couch looks like new and we can live with the carpet a bit longer. He was courteous, on time and expressed concern about our indoor cats being properly secured before beginning. He finished when he said he would. Service with a smile!

HIS WIFE TOOK THE CALL: SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND ACCOMMODATING. SHE GAVE ME A QUOTE OF $30 FOR AN AREA OF APPROX. 14'X14'. JOHN CAME THE NEXT MORNING, RIGHT BEFORE A BUSY HOLIDAY SEASON. HE WAS VERY CHEERFUL, JUST A DELIGHT. HE CAME ON TIME AND PERFORMED THE WORK, VERY WELL, IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW PLEASED I WAS. HE DID CHARGE EXTRA FOR CLEANING THE WOOL CARPET -- WHICH HE NORMALLY DOESN'T DO. THEY ARE THE KIND ONE USUALLY HAS TO SEND OUT TO HAVE CLEANED, SO I WAS PLEASED HE AGREED TO DO IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOHN AND WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN.

MR PEREZ WAS ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT WITH A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR. DID A GREAT JOB, REMOVED THE PREVIOUSLY IMPOSSIBLE STAIN. WORKED QUICKLY WITH NO FUSS. I WILL DEFINITELY HAVE HIM BACK.

JP CARPET CLEANING DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE CARPETING WAS QUITE STAINED IN AREAS AND LOOKS AS GOOD AS NEW NOW. HE TOOK CARE IN MOVING FURNITURE, PROTECTED AREAS THAT THE HOSE MIGHT HAVE RUBBED AGAINST, AND WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. HE WAS A BIT LATE BUT HAD CALLED TO LET ME KNOW ABOUT THIS. I WAS VERY PLEASED AND WILL CALL THEM AGAIN.

JOHN WAS AVAILABLE TO CLEAN OUR CARPETS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. HE ARRIVED EARLY KNOWING THAT WE LIVE IN BOSTON AND PARKING IS DIFFICULT. HE ENDED WAITING 20 MINUTES FOR A PARKING SPOT, BUT CHEERFULLY BEGAN HIS WORK. HIS WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND HIS NICE PERSONALITY MADE HIM EASY TO DEAL WITH.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD, PROMPT, ANSWER THE PHONES, COME WHEN EXPECTED (THOUGH HE CAME A BIT LATE - BUT ANSWERED HIS CELL WHEN I CALLED AND WAS ON THE WAY) AND DO GOOD WORK.

JOHN SEEMED EXTREMELY HONEST AND HARD WORKING. I WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE, BY JOHN'S WIFE COLLEEN, BASED ON THE ROOM DIMENSIONS. WHEN JOHN ARRIVED, HE REVIEWED THE JOB, AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE SLIGHTLY MORE WHICH WAS OK SINCE THE OVERALL CHARGE WAS DEFINITELY REASONABLE, CONSIDERING THE CONDITION OF THE CARPETS. HE ALSO LET ME KNOW ABOUT A FEW AREAS THAT HE FELT MIGHT NOT LOOK 100% AFTER THE CLEANING, AND EXPLAINED WHY THAT WAS. HE ARRIVED A FEW MINUTES EARLY, AND HAD NO PROBLEM WAITING FOR ME TO ARRIVE AT THE CONDO FROM MY HOME. HIS WIFE WAS SMART TO BOOK THE APPT FOR THE MORNING, CONSIDERING THAT THE JOB WAS IN BROOKLINE, AND REQUIRED ON STREET PARKING IN FRONT OF OUR BUILDING, SOMETHING I HADN'T THOUGHT OF. THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM THE NIGHT BEFORE THE JOB, AND OVERALL WERE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE CONDITION OF THE CARPETS AFTER THE CLEANING. IT'S NICE TO DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT THE WORK THEY DO.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS - VERY GOOD JOB - VERY CLEAN - GAVE QUALITY A B ONLY BECAUSE 2 LITTLE SPOTS COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER - BUT WOULD STILL HAVE THEM AGAIN.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE HIRED THEM, BECAUSE I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK THE FIRST TIME. MY NEIGHBOR ALSO USED THEM AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED. THEY WERE INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. WHEN I CALLED TO SCHEDULE, SOMEONE ANSWERED THE PHONE AND HELPED ME WITH ALL MY QUESTIONS. I TOLD THEM I HAD A YOUNG BABY AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD USE A VERY SAFE (I.E. NON-TOXIC, NO FUMES) CLEANING METHOD. I HIRED THEM TO CLEAN SEVERAL RUGS INCLUDING A WHITE RUG THAT HADN'T BEEN CLEANED IN SEVERAL YEARS AND WAS VERY DIRTY. THEY GOT OUT ALL THE DIRT/STAINS. THEY HELPED ME MOVE FURNITURE OUT OF THE WAY. THEY ALSO WERE WILLING TO NEGOTIATE A BIT ON FINAL PRICE. EXCELLENT!!!

HE DID A VERY NICE JOB ON THE CARPET CLEANING AND A GOOD JOB PAINTING AS WELL. HE WAS VERY CLEAN AND NEAT AND HE PICKED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE DOES ALL KINDS OF HANDYMAN WORK AND IS A VERY HONEST AND GOOD PERSON TO WORK WITH. I WAS VERY COMFORTABLE HAVING HIM IN MY HOME. HE WAS ON TIME AND DID VERY GOOD WORK.
