 + 0 moreJP Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job. They showed up early for the appointment and even cleaned up a couple other carpets in the adjoining room at no additional charge. They were finished up in less than 2 hours and everything looks super clean! I would highly recommend their services and definitely use them again!

 + -1 moreHe cleaned a large living room rug as well as the one in my inside foyer. He saw another smaller rug in my outside foyer and cleaned that one too at no additional cost. He also cleaned my sofa, ottoman, and chair. Everything was cleaned well. He even removed some pesky stains from the sofa that I thought were there to stay. He was fast, thorough, and very professional.

 + -1 moreWe had used John Perez of J P Carpet Cleaning earlier to clean our wall to wall carpets and were pleased with his work. We had no hesitation in engaging him a second time. John is pleasant, professional, careful and thorough in his work. We had removed incidental things on surfaces before he came, but John moved and then replaced all furniture when finished with protective squares under each leg. He also gave some advice about tacking down the rug by the front door and left covers for our shoes so we could have access to the house while the rug dried. His work surpassed our already high expectations, and the rug looks cleaner than we ever thought it would again.
Description of Work: We had wall to wall carpet cleaned in two downstairs rooms, plus front hall area, carpeted stairs going to second floor and two rooms upsatirs.

 + -1 moreHe arrived punctually, presented himself professionally, went right to work for two hours and was then on his way. And we're very pleased with the results. No hassles nor disappointment. The stairs look much spiffier and the sofa almost new. What a difference! Money well spent.

Description of Work: I called John to clean a bedroom rug that smelled of dog urine in an apartment that I own. He was honest and said he may not get the odor out. He said it may have gone through the rug, pad and wood flooring. I told him to go ahead and clean it anyway. After cleaning the rug the odor still remained. I finally decided to pull the rug up. Jon volunteered to do this and haul the rug away. The urine had penetrated the wood flooring. John offered a possible solution. He went ahead and got samples of laminate wood flooring to show me. Since some of the floor needed replacement I decided to get real wood flooring. Earlier in June John cleaned my living room rug and porch rug. He did a great job. Gave me hints on keeping my rugs clean I have used John several other times for cleaning rugs in the last year but have not reported on him. I must say he is always prompt, courteous and does a great job. He has also volunteered to do many odd jobs for me. He notices things that need repair and offers to do them. I find him most reliable and willing to do many jobs other than rug cleaning. He has been invaluable to me..

This time I called on Friday (desperate) as our house is going on the market and the staircase and play room rugs had stains I couldn't remove. They were so responsive and said they could squeeze us in Monday morning and not to worry. Not only did they do the stair case and playroom, but my husband asked them to try to get a stain in another room out and they did!! I recommend them without reservation.
Description of Work: Clean staircase, landing, playroom and spots on a rug in another room. Wall to wall carpeting.

 + 0 moreThe quality of the work is excellent. JP went above and beyond. He worked very hard, and took less time than I expected. The furniture and carpeting dried very rapidly, which tells me he extracted a lot of the water before he considered the job done. I am extremely happy.

I have high regard for his work. Incidentally, he is an all-around handyman--carpet cleaning is just one of his areas of expertise.

 + -1 moreJohn quoted the job and explained what he could and couldn't do with our (beige) carpet very clearly, and he arrived on time and worked quickly. The carpet looked great initially and most of the stains had vanished, however a few of them came back orange colored and looked worse when it dried -John explained that this was a chemical reaction with urine that sometimes occurred, and after coming back twice to treat those stains, we were very happy with the job. I would definitely use JP Carpet Cleaning again, and I recommend them highly.
Description of Work: John Perez did a very good job cleaning a badly stained large area of wall to wall carpet that tenants had left in a mess. Stains included pet poop and urine, along with other older stains. Not all stains were fixable, and we discussed that before work began,but John went to great trouble working on each stain. He obviously has good knowledge of what works and doesn't, and takes pride in his work. Overall the carpet came up better than we had hoped, as it really should be replaced but we needed to get by with it for now.

 + -1 moreJP Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job. They used heavy duty commercial steam cleaning equipment and vacuuming that took out all dirt and stains to make the carpets look brand new. The apartment was still occupied by my tenants, so JP Carpets also had to coodinate moving furniture out of the way. I have used them to clean my other rental units for several years, and they have always done an excellent job.

John was professional in every respect, fast, and he suggested turning the Oriental next time to save wear and tear. He was finished in an hour. The carpets look terrific. I was surprised to discover that the cost of cleaning my carpets was the same as it was two years ago: $150.00. I am very pleased with the quality of JP Carpet Cleaning.
