 + -1 moreI was extremely pleased with the results. They did a wonderful job, even moving pieces of furniture to clean the underlying carpet. My carpets, although older, look totally refreshed. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I contacted JP Capet Cleaning to clean and deodorize upstairs my wall to wall carpeting. I also had them clean the carpeting on my stairway.

Description of Work: JP Carpet Cleaning was very responsive when first called. I was buying this service for my handicapped sister who lives in a senior apartment building. I thought that might be an issue but they were very accommodating. John was very punctual and polite. He moved all the furniture around to clean the wall to wall carpeting and did a great job!

 + -1 moreJohn arrived early for the appointment, surveyed the rooms to be cleaned and went to work. Carpets were pretty dirty and he did a fantastic job. Carpets came out much cleaner than the last time they were done (years ago) by a "franchise" service provider. Very personable guy and he knows what he's doing. I would definitely have him again to do sofa and chair as well as another carpet.

 + -1 moreThere was a small problem. Only one person came and it was hard to get the furniture moved. He did a good job. We were a little surprised. The previous company had two people, so when things needed to be moved it was easier. We were not prepared. It was fine. He cleaned things well. It was good. The furniture movement was the only issue. I would use this company again.
Description of Work: J P Carpet Cleaning came out and cleaned my carpets. We had him do a little more, so we paid a little bit more. I think it was 100 dollars more.

 + -1 moreThe gentleman was VERY efficient, did a great job, and was very friendly. My 2 year old son was fascinated watching him, and he didn't seem to mind the audience at all. The carpet was still pretty wet even 4-5 hours later, but we just tried to minimize walking on it for that time. The major stains all came out and it looked like new!

He came on time, did the work efficiently, and succeeded in completely removing all the stains and smell. Great experience.

Paid special attention to some of the stains. Identified a couple of spots which were resistant to cleaning. Recommended that multiple cleaning should be done for these spots.

 + -1 moreI purchased the Big Deal for three rooms of carpet cleaning to get my basement carpet cleaned and staircase cleaned. I had to pay the full price for cleaning the steps, although I was secretly hoping that I would at least get a discount since I was only getting one room's carpet cleaned. But, it was a pretty big room and the staff were up front and exact with all the costs so there were no surprises on the day of service. The amazing thing was the quality of service. They showed up a little early (a plus for me), moved all the furniture and the carpet looked brand new when they were finished. I couldn't have been happier and we will definitely use them in the future.

 + -1 moreThis was an excellent experience. Two days after buying the deal, I received a call asking if they could come in the next 2 days to perform the services. That was impressive! The gentleman came and did an outstanding job. He worked on some old stains and had remarkably good success. The whole thing was done in under an hour but I felt that I had really gotten my money's worth. I would use this company again anytime. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I bought a deal that provided me with 3 rooms of carpet cleaning for $150. Actually, it may have been even less than that, I can't find the exact total.

 + -1 moreThe technician was on time and very courteous. He was all done in half an hour. The only thing I noticed was that there were no little papers placed beneath the furniture legs. Otherwise, he managed to lift all the small pet stains.

I was very pleased with the fresh look of the carpets when the work was completed. The cleaner was prompt, had professional equipment and completed the tasks thoroughly and in a timely manner. This job was well done.

 + -1 moreOur church was affected by backed up sewer water from recent rain storm. Called a few places from Angie List. JP was faster in responding and offered a reasonable price He, John, came on date and time as agreed upon. He surveyed what I wanted him to do. He offered to do extra carpet that was soiled at no extra charge, He came and went in less than three hours. Overall, the work was very good, getting to remove some gum residue embedded in carpet and spots that were dark now lighter.
Description of Work: Professionally steam cleaned basement rug He also steamed clean first floor hallway and another room no extra charge Had a truck filled with chemicals and water Came on time and left in a couple hours.

 + -1 moreThis is a wonderful family company (husband and wife) who also do work for the local colleges. I definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again. They were also very reasonable in price.
Description of Work: I chose this company from Angie's list to clean the carpeting in my daughter's studio apartment before her furniture delivery. They were very nice right from my first call. Returned my call in less than 24 hrs. Had to wait a week, because they do the work themselves, not sub it out...but it was well worth it. Other companies on list use harsh chemicals. They gave me an appointment first thing in the morning so that she would not miss any time in her new job. John was prompt (came 15 mins early), helped move her bed and suitcases. He washed the rug without using smelly chemicals and did a great, thorough job. Rug was cleaned in a little over an hour and dry by the time she returned home from work. Rug looks new and without that horrible chemical smell. John also told me he was available to do some handyman stuff, like hang curtain rods etc. Will definitely get him back to do this.

He was very thorough, professional, and did the best job possible, despite the age and condition of the furniture and rug! Great commitment and work ethic.
