I am really sorry that things didn't work out. I am happy to see that Angies List refunded you the Big Deal coupon so quickly. I wanted to respond to your comment about us being closed the month of February. February is a very slow month for carpet cleaning, and also the weather is a factor in our decision to close. Your email sent to J.P. Carpet Cleaning was received January 28th. And a quick response by us to you indicated the above information. The next email from you came on February 19th inquiring about transferring the big deal coupon to Canton. I asked for the address so I could verify with J.P. if he would travel to Canton. We never got the requested information from you which was needed to see what the travel time would be and to see if J.P would go to Canton. You had requested and hoped for a Saturday appointment. I did try to schedule you our first Saturday appointment we had available. We normally do not schedule Saturday appointments. However we do try to accommodate our clients.
