Description of Work: The company was great about calling me to clarify my concerns, prompt in responding to my emails and clear that they could not clean our carpets because they are wool. They do not clean wool carpets as they use hot water.

Description of Work: I contacted the provider in January to set up a cleaning date; they told me they were closed for the month of February and the earliest weekend they had was mid-March. I was very surprised them being closed for one month out of the six month voucher life wasn't disclosed at time of purchase. Since we weren't able to wait until mid-March, we purchased a voucher from another vendor that was able to schedule service in February. I did ask JP Carpet if they service Canton as I could have transferred the voucher to my sister, but a refund is much preferred. I appreciate the Angie's list assistance in this matter.

Description of Work: This is the third or fourth time I have used JP Carpet Cleaning. I only needed one room cleaned, but the carpet in that room had a number of spots that needed to be removed. John (?) was early, but called ahead of time to make sure that was OK. He did a beautiful job. The carpet was immaculate when he finished, with all of the problematic spots gone. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Description of Work: They steam cleaned approximately 15 of our office chairs to remove food stains, etc. He was very professional and punctual and did a great job--would recommend. We wanted to avoid chemicals so we went with steam cleaning even though we weren't sure the stains would be removed as well, but the chairs look great.
