didn't use services but would definitely try him again if occasion arises

He’s honest. He’s friendly. He’s fair priced. He’s on time and he does and a great job.

His response was very quick and he was very punctual. His work was also efficient and perfect.

I called him on a Friday night. He called me back on Saturday morning, asked about what I needed to do and confirmed the time. He came on Monday morning. He did a great job, fixed all the racks. They look quite sturdy now. He charged a reasonable price and told me to feel free to call him if anything goes wrong with what he has done today. Please note that he requires a minimum one hour charge. He is a nice guy. I will definitely hire him again for any future project.

Fran did a great job and I plan to use him again for many small projects around the home, ones that are too small for a General Contractor. I emailed him on Sat morning and he called back later in the afternoon. He confirmed his schedule was open for Tuesday and promised a phone call Mon evening for an interview and pop over the house for a review. Everything was perfect including his estimation of the job and outcome. Fran saved me money by giving his input ( brand new, versus repairs ) and declining some jobs that weren't his specialty. He was flexible with payment options and laying out his own money for small hardware items needed from Home Depot. All house projects have a chance to go disastrous, no matter the size, but not with Fran. Expectations were laid out and the outcome perfect. I couldn't be more happy and I'll use him routinely.

Fran was great ! Nice guy to work with and very professional . He arrived on time replaced the bottom step and even added extra support so that it would not break in the future. Very well. We had used other handyman before and none have we been this satisfied. We actually got to know Fran because his brother and sister-in-law help clean our house (and we love them too). But we also see Fran's excellent review on Angies List. He is busy and not easy to book. But he is reliable, returned phone call, showed up on time, resourceful and get the work done efficiently. He charged very very reasonably too compare to other handyman we have used.

Very honest about what he could do and limitations. Work was well done and neat. Prompt and personable.

It was great. We've worked with him before, and once again he was super professional, did the job quickly, quietly, with a high degree of quality, and with a very reasonable cost. I'll hire him again in a heartbeat.

I had been having Fran do a variety of things for me for about 6 months when I realized I needed to move my oil paintings from the garage where I had been storing them. I showed him the job and he agreed to do it. It took about 3 days, for which I paid him about $300/day, to move the paintings into the house and up to the third floor and build the shelves using the wood from the old shelving, He's a nice man, knows how to do a lot of things that are very helpful. He responds within a day or so to a phone call and usually can come within a week. The does good work and cleans up after himself.

Fran is extremely professional, friendly and competent, often advising us on solving difficult problems in a very old house. Fran is very responsive, always arrives on time and all of his work is completed to perfection. We have been so pleased with all of the work he has done for us.

Punctual, courteous, on the mark with estimate, great result

Fran was excellent. He assembled the crib with speed and ease, though this particular crib was new to him. The cane chairs presented a problem with improvisation, but Fran quickly adjusted. He completed an unorthodox job to our complete satisfaction. Fran is great! He is courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I felt complete confidence in his workmanship. His costs are reasonable. I was especially impressed by his voluntary, and very thorough, cleanup after the job. This is the first time Fran has done work for us. We couldn't be more pleased. We plan to call Fran for all our handyman jobs in future. He has our very highest recommendation.

He came out and carried all the units into my 3 story home. He was very professional and nice. I could not speak any more highly of this company. The quality of work was excellent and the units are still working perfectly.
