I had numerous emails back and forth to get the measurements perfect. Merav was extremely thorough and gave me great instructions on the measurements she needed. The guys came to do the work as scheduled. They arrived on time, were extremely friendly and professional, and did a beautiful job. They were clean and efficient and the entire process took about an hour (it would have taken me and my husband an entire weekend to do it and we would not have done such a great job). I am so incredibly happy with the shelves. They are sturdy and high quality and will probably last an eternity. The previous wire shelves that were previously in that space only lasted a few years before they began sagging and coming loose. The Closetcraft guys did the honors of removing those for me prior to doing their installation. The quality of the closetcraft shelving is fantastic and I would definitely use them again!!

oulAlthough there were miscommunications at first, they did an awesome job! They got me an installation date fater than any other closet companies, and the installation went super smooth! I feel that all the shelves are strong, and I can organize everything so much better. I just love how it looks so clean! Every visitor has been commenting, and I'v been referring the company to my friends and neighbors. I do wish I asked them to hang the shelves higher, but that is on my end. Overall, I can't complain much with their price, quality, and professionalism :) I would use them again.

Closet Craft quoted us for five small closets in our new home. We decided to have custom closets put in because of a design challenge with one of the larger closets in the house (dryer vent running along the base of the closet space.) Eshai came to our home to take measurements and was very personable. He also brought samples of the materials they would use for the closet. The actual appointment only took about 20-30 minutes. He came back with a reasonable quote in a timely fashion within a few days. Ultimately we decided to go with another company that was able to give us a slightly more competitive price but would have gone with this company otherwise.

great. The unit fit my size requirements and looks great. I feel like I have a pantry whereas before I was using metal bookshelves to hold cans. The shelving looks much better and added space to my kitchen.

Came out and assessed the room and we discussed what I want in it, including functionality. He had me bring out different pieces of clothing and shoes to ensure that heights and depths of hangers and shelves would be accommodating. He and his team completed the project in 3 days It is stunning, I love it!

We had a great experience with ClosetCraft. The designer showed up as scheduled and presented a design in a timely manner. The cost was half of what California Closets wanted for the same job. The third company we asked for a design, never came through. ClosetCraft was agreeable to doing the installation on the day we requested and arrived on time. The installers were courteous, clean and timely. ClosetCraft was very customer oriented.

They gave us an estimate, and also gave us a discount since we were doing three good size closets. They were punctual, professional, and worked non-stop for 5 hours. We were very pleased with the original plans they drew up, and also with the finished project. They asked a lot of questions as to how we wanted things organized and made very helpful suggestions. They were very neat, as quiet as possible except for necessary noise from drills, etc, and cleaned up afterward beautifully. We also got a thank you note for our business after the work was complete. We were totally satisfied and would use them again.

ClosetCraft was prompt and easy to work with - from the initial visit to do the design, to getting a price quote, to scheduling the work, to the actual unit being installed. I received a call almost instantly when I submitted my request for a consult online, and the designer came in person a few days later. The actual design and price quote came via email a day later and once we were able to schedule the work to be done, we got on their calendar within a week of my following up. Two builders came on the day of to install the closet - they were done within two hours and were very professional. They removed the current rod from the wall and disposed of it themselves, as well as patched the wall where it hung so it was already prepped for us to paint. Also, they left absolutely no mess. We did have a small issue in how the hooks were hung - but after I called the company to address my concerns, they came out the next day and fixed the problem.

I first worked with Eshai and Closetcraft last year to surprise my now fiancee with an amazing dark wood walk-in closet set up. These guys were awesome - you can read my old review too - they helped plan around her work day so that she would just kind of 'stumble' into the closet when she got home, and it was an awesome surprise. This time around, I was trying to surprise my boys. They both have big closets - double-wides - but there are unusual shapes in both because of HVAC ducts that travel through them behind sheetrock framing. Eshai came over, came up with awesome ideas for both, including builtin drawer sets, and a tweak for my younger son who tends to not hang clothing. And once again, they shuffled around their schedule to get this all done while both boys were gone for the weekend visiting my mom. They installed both complete closets, then the kids came home to these awesomely clean and organized setups. Price was outstanding for what are effectively two large double-closets, both with 4 drawer sets built in and custom designs and shapes to accommodate the duct work.

They were great. The owner was very clear about his design and the folks who actually did the work were careful. I am delighted by their work. In addition, they were very accommodating about changing the scheduled date for my closet work. They did it before they thought they could.

It turned out very well. We had a master closet that they designed and installed. It took them about 3 weeks from start to finish. Israel was the one we deal with mostly and he was very prompt, on time, professional and easy to work with. The 2 installers were also just as good. They has had reasonable prices too.

It was a wonderful service. They put shelving in my daughters closet and drawers. It took them about 5 hours. 2 employees came out to do this work. They had the best pricing for the job and their products are great.

It took them one day to complete this work. One worker came out and it took him less than 5 hours. He was really speedy with his work. He was very polite and efficient. He was also concerned with cleaning up well after himself too. I work from home and he did not get in the way either. Eshiai, is the one who came out to do the initial assessments and did the drawings. They came out and talked about my options. They then provide me with drawings and a price proposal. He was timely and got back with me quickly with questions. The drawings were easy to understand and they made changes per my request.

I emailed the company the 1'st week in September. They promptly got back to me the next day and an appointment was scheduled for the following week.. Eshai the representative was prompt. He spent about 20 minutes doing measurements and suggested a design. A few days later he emailed me a design and estimate. I decided to make a few adjustments to the closets. I went with 4 inch smaller draws and lost 1 shelf so that the bottom basket would be 7 inch's off the floor. It was very easy for him to make the adjustments and send them to me the next day. I went ahead and sent in a deposit. Fall is generally a busy time for any contractor so my appointment was a month out. I didn't mind at all because I had already lived with the closets for several years. My clothes were crammed in my old closets so I want to add space and utilize all the space that was there. I will also be selling in a few years so I wanted to update closets to meet the demands of today's homeowners. The only regret I had was not staying with the original design. I love my closets, but wish I had the larger draws. The space I have for dresses is too big for me, but not really an issue. I can always have them back to do re-adjustments in the future, one of the great features of these closets. They know their business, so I would stick with what they recommend. The father does all the construction. It took him and a helper about 4 hours to do three closets. They work fast and efficiently and clean up very well too. Look them over when their done and they will fix any issues. I love my closets and Closet Craft. I will definitely use them again.

We are VERY happy with Closet Craft and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! I had contacted Eshai the end of September. He came out within a few days and designed a draft plan right there on the spot. He emailed me a couple of days later with a computer drawing, I made one edit (addition), he emailed right back and we scheduled! We just had our closet installed today and I am sooooo happy! We moved into our house the beginning of August and waited on doing the closet. I have been looking forward to this day for a while. Chris showed up this morning to install. He was extremely professional, clean and was done within a few hours!

We had quotes from 4 closet designers/builders and Eshai's was the best design and the best value for money. His was a little more expensive than the cheapest quote but we went with him because his designs were so much better and he noticed little things in the setup of the space that affected the design and so really seemed to know what he was talking about. California Closet was far more expensive for designs that were very cookie cutter and didn't meet all of our needs. Boston Closet sent us an initial design which was decent but just never followed up with us again, despite numerous emails from my end. Closet Solutions was the cheapest but again the design just didn't compare to Eshai's. The 2 guys who came to install were very polite and nice, one of them seemed like he was new to this but that didn't affect the quality of the work. Everything was seamless, they turned up right on time, were careful not to damage the floors or walls and installed all 5 closets in 4 hours or so. We are really happy with the final result and really glad we went with Eshai and his team.

This was a great experience, and we are thrilled with the results. I had three vendors come to my house and propose designs, and Eshai's design was by far the best. He had great creative ways to maximize my tiny spaces, gave me solid advice about converting a nursery closet, suggested some really on-point upgrades that I am using every day, and was the only vendor who noticed some idiosyncrasies in an alcove which has now become a beautiful built in wardrobe. The installation was also seamless. Chris and Ilya were friendly and professional. They arrived quite early to accommodate my schedule, carefully locked my house as requested when they left, and when I returned from work I found a job well done that exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely use this friendly local company again.

I did a lot of research before we decided upon ClosetCraft and now I can say GO NOWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT QUALITY IN EVERY ASPECT. I could go on and on, but when they do work for you, you will understand why you should go nowhere else.

The one time there was a little bit of an issue they came back and fixed it promptly. They have creative ideas for effective use of space. I just can't stop looking at the finished closets. It was not only a beautiful job, but the price was better than 2 other quotes I that I had gotten.
