Description of Work: Went very well, they came to house to measure and we picked materials and styles. Excellent guy on the installation; they removed old blinds and disposed of. Installer just dealt with furniture in the way with no issues. Very smooth purchase with no pressure or pitch.

Description of Work: We had two matching club chair reupholstered with fabric selected at the showroom. The entire process was easy and pleasant. Mathew was helpful in guiding us through the myriad of fabric options, and accommodated our requests for the most durable, dog and kid friendly fabrics to choose from. The chairs have a newer profile, because we expanded the cushion depth, and they look great. The attention to detail, time frame and professionalism all made for a very good experience.

Description of Work: HE HAS FAILED TO SATISFY WITH THE ORIGNAL PRICE HE QUOTED, NEVER PROVIDED THE WRITTEN INVOICE AND HE IS POOR AT RETURNING PHONE CALLS FOR FOLLOWUP AND INSTALLATION QUESTION. WAS GOING TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY, BUT RECEIVED POSITIVE FEEDBACK ABOUT THIS COMPANY .
