It was one of my best experiences with a service company. They were extremely professional, prompt and amazingly reasonably priced given their quality of work. A superb experience overall. I would love to nominate them for a POH award.

The Blooms are very nice to work with, and the quality of their work is excellent although they did get a pattern upside down on the cushions. They originally quoted a price for labor and materials and at time of delivery (a nice service) the price was suddenly much higher. But they held to the original quote. The work was originally quoted to turn around in one working day -- it was more than 2 weeks (they suddenly got busy) and it took several calls to finally get the cushions completed. But time didn't really matter to me, and they did deliver to my door. I'm having another cushion done by them in the same fabric.

We highly recommend Bloom & Company. They have many years of experience and knowledge about various products and manufacturers and installation scenarios. They made candid recommendations based on the advantages of each manufacturer and product. The Blooms were very accommodating about our request for a weekend appointment and didn't make us feel at all rushed while we made our selections and asked questions. Matt took many factors into consideration, while measuring to ensure that the installation would look great, and all of the shades certainly do. We had originally planned to shop around and get a few quotes, but after meeting with Matt, we sensed that his price was fair, and that his company is very good at what they do, so we looked no further. The shades arrived quickly and look great. Again, I highly recommend them.

Matthew Bloom was very helpful, polite and professional. He gave me suggestions on where to purchase fabric and the job was completed in 6 days!

They gave me the name of a store that had many choices of fabrics. It took about three weeks for them to do the work. They picked up the chair and delivered it and were very courteous. The chair looks great.

Very polite and on time for chair pick up and delivery and called during process. The welts on the seams of the chair and cushions seems a little out of line but overall a fine job. Made arm covers without asking.

This was a crisis. I was getting ready to sell my house when one of my duette blinds literally fell apart. Richard Bloom suggested that since I was selling my house I might want to put up a temporary blind for $100. The replacements would have been $800. Someone was at my house three hours later and did a great job -- if you didn't know, you'd think the new blinds had been there forever.

Richard Bloom answered my call right away and arrived the next day to give me an estimate. I found the estimate to be very reasonable and told him that I would need the kitchen chairs returned as soon as possible, but that I was in no hurry for the dining room chairs. All the chairs were picked up on the agreed upon date and, much to my amazement, the kitchen chairs were returned, newly reupholstered, just 3 and 1/2 hours later. The dining room chairs were beautifully done and returned 10 days later. Richard Bloom and his workers were friendly and courteous at all times and, most importantly, did an excellent job reupholstering the chairs. I would not hesitate to use them again and, in fact will probably call them when I am ready for new window treatments.

HE ALSO RECOMMENDED SOMEONE TO GET THE FABRIC FROM THAT SAVED ME A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY.

The cost was lower than another estimate I had, and I'm very happy with the finished product. All in all, this was a wonderful transaction. I'm already planning another project for which I'll use this firm.

RICHARD WAS VERY HELPFUL ON THE PHONE, GAVE SUGGESTIONS FOR FINDING FABRICS TO FIT MY BUDGET. WHEN I FOUND I STILL COULDN'T AFFORD TO MAKE NEW COVERS OR REUPHOLSTERED MY OVERSIZED SOFA AND LOVESEATS, HE WAS STILL VERY HELPFUL. I BROUGHT THE THREE LARGE BACK PILLOWS IN AND HE WAS ABLE TO MAKE ENTIRELY NEW INSERTS FOR ME, AND DID IT IN A DAY. I'VE MOVED MUCH FURTHER AWAY FROM WATERTOWN, BUT WHEN I AM READY TO THE DO THE PROJECT, I'LL STILL BRING THEM TO RICHARD.

MR. BLOOM WAS VERY NICE, AND THE ULTIMATE RESULTS ARE GOOD. HOWEVER, THE WORK TOOK LONGER THAN HE ORIGINALLY SUGGESTED IT WOULD, AND THE SEAT CUSHIONS DIDN'T SIT PROPERLY ON THE FRAME. HE WILLINGLY AND COURTEOUSLY ADDRESSED THE PROBLEMS, AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, INCLUDING PICKING UP AND DELIVERING THE SOFA AGAIN, AND THE RESULTS ARE NOW GOOD, BUT I HAD TO PHONE SEVERAL TIMES TO REMIND HIM ABOUT THE PROBLEM. OVERALL, WE WERE WITHOUT A SOFA FOR MORE THAN 6 WEEKS.

MR. BLOOM CAME TO MY HOUSE; HE IS PROMPT, EXACT, AND PLEASANT. HE ADVISED ME THAT HIS ESTIMATE COULD CHANGE IF PROBLEMS WERE FOUND. THEY WERE AND IT DID, BUT HIS INCREASE IN PRICE WAS REASONABLE. ALL WENT QUICKLY AND THE WORK WAS/IS MORE THAN EXCELLENT. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

THE SHADE IS TINY, PERFECT AND THE WELTING WAS A VOLUNTARY OFFER FROM MR. BLOOM. I EXPECTED TO HAVE TO ASK FOR THAT. THESE GUYS ARE REALLY ARTISTS. PICKUP, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION WERE EXCEPTIONAL. THEY FUSSED OVER THE HANGING AND GOT IT RIGHT. SUPERIOR. I'LL CERTAINLY WORK WITH THEM AGAIN.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, THE PRICE THEY CHARGED WAS EXACTLY PER ESTIMATE, AND THE CHAIR NEEDED SOME ADDITIONAL WORK, WHICH THEY PERFORMED AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

THEY DID THE WORK REALLY FAST AND IT CAME OUT GREAT. THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEM. THEY ARE OUTSTANDING AND THEY WERE BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!
