Description of Work: Warrendale Appliance sells appliances. We bought a new refrigerator, gas stove, and dishwasher from them at the same time. If I remember correctly, their people delivered and installed the refrigerator, and they contracted with a local plumber to deliver and install the stove and dishwasher. We were happy with the whole process, from the advice they gave about what to buy to the timely and efficient installations. We are still happy with the appliances.

We had to special order one item, and needed to follow up on the delivery of that item. About 6 mos later, we needed to order a new dishwasher. Service was fast, and delivery very prompt.

Description of Work: The problem was with scheduling the installer as I recall. I would use them again but be clearer on my expectations.

Description of Work: We bought a gas range from Warrendale from their website. They charged my credit card more than the amount on the website, did not include the rebate, canceled the delivery without my authorization, were openly hostile in phone conversations about the cancelation and lack of rebate, emailed the wrong rebate form (I decided the $75 loss was worth it to never have to talk to them again), and generally made me rethink my belief in supporting a small, local business over a big box store. Luckily, the stove is fine (they didn't manufacture it) but it was a headache for weeks to get it. I had bought a dehumidifier from them in the past and I will never buy anything from them again nor would I ever advise anyone to shop at Warrendale Appliance.

Description of Work: I have purchased appliances from them since early 90's. Their plumber and installers are also good. Best place to buy major appliances on Tax Free weekend in Mass. Only problem was they forgot to take away an old dehumidifier.

Description of Work: I purchased a microwave around New Years and paid an additional $150 to remove the old one and replace the new one. I was told it would take apprx. 5-8 days to have the install; it actually took close to 6 weeks with pleading and begging. I was also promised by Bill to get a refund of the installation fee of $150 which he never honored. Horrible horrible horrible service. I had a similar experience 14 years ago and thought perhaps it had changed (since they're still in business) but it has not.
