A lot of work after major construction was needed. Rudy and team did a great job at a cost that was more in line to what I would have expected for the type of work. They were super flexible with schedule and showed up when they said they were going to and completed the job quickly with a high level of quality. Front Yard: removal of all bushes indicated ~QTY:17 Front yard: Leveling with loam and Sodding of yard ~(670 SQFT) Side house: walkway from driveway side steps around to in front of bulkhead (~52 SQFT) -Andover 5511 Clefted – Oxford Grey in herringbone pattern Under decks(driveway stairs and back of house deck): leveled, antiweed cloth with gravel on top (~120 sqft) Backyard: grade raised to level bottom of deck on house foundation and graded/leveled down to fence line with loam (~760 SQFT) Backyard: sodding (~760 SQFT) Backyard: Granite step added to deck steps Second yard cleanup and tree planting: item added 8/19/2019 and included in second payment I purchased trees and bushes separately and they planted them for me. If my yard were bigger and I needed weekly services I would hire them as well. Alas, it's a postage stamp so my 12 minute mowing job will suffice. There's no harm in meeting them and getting a quote. I was pleased.

We had an issue with squirrels jumping to our roof from neighboring trees and causing huge damages to our house. I pinged Rudy for a quote and he came out right away in the afternoon, gave a reasonable quote and promised to show up the next morning. His team showed up on time, performed the job beyond expectation, cleaned up all cut branches and left the yard clean. I will hire them again in the future without any reservation.

Not quite a disaster, but the only thing that was done almost right was moving the shrubs. If they used water for the job, they would have gotten it right. 1. The owner said he knew how to set up the rain barrel ($250), but the blocks weren’t level, they were flat and sunk into the ground instead of raised. The hose he bought that connects to a gutter was long and not right for the kind of rain barrel I have. He stuck the hose through the metal input louver, ruining it then taped it to the barrel. I leveled the ground, flipped the blocks, removed the hose and attach the plastic diverter I had already. 2. I gave the owner a print-out of my design with the names of the plants written down. He texted me saying the nursery didn't have the weigela, but would a spirea be okay? I said not to buy it, even if the job didn't get done that day. He brought one plant I asked for, the rhododendron, but got the spirea and a different hydrangea from the one I wanted. They never asked us where our water was and didn't cut the balls of roots before planting. It was a rainy day, but I've never heard of planting shrubs without water. I ended up keeping the plants (the spirea needs full sun, which I don't have) and getting the plants I wanted at Russell’s where they had all the plants I wanted, no problem. Plus, I got a 1-year warranty. 3. They put the dirt right up against the wood at the bottom of my sun porch. I moved the dirt away from the wood and built a retaining wall. If I knew there was an issue, I'd have paid extra for them to keep the dirt away from the wood. 4. I hired the company because they were doing work next-door and had dirt to get rid of that I would have had to buy. The dirt had pieces of wood mixed in from the former frame. Worse than that was they left chunks of cement from our neighbors job on our property and don't seem to be coming back to take it away. They did seem to get that job done, other than where the cement.

The overall service and professionalism of this company is far from desired. They failed to return my calls in a timely basis. They quoted my a price of $1500 for the complete work but when they got started and dug up my lawn they decided to hold me hostage and wanted to double the price. I refused to pay them double and so they decided to walk off the job. Now my front lawn is dug up and I have to look for another contractor to finish off the work. Don't use these guys unless you want to be ripped off.

WOW! Rudy was amazing. Emailed right away. I sent him my number and he promptly texted. Met me at my house right on time. Gave me an estimate on the spot. Executed the job EXACTLY like we talked about. Brought a HUGE crew and finished everything in half a day. Great price, quick workers, very communicative via text and email.

As we discussed his crew began the work the following morning before I arrived home. I was blown away by how quickly, efficiently, and professionally they accomplished the work. The garden pathway is now what I always wanted, the mulching has transformed the messy yard into a clean presentable place. We have already talked about the possibility of plantings, and Rudy will be sending suggestions that will be appropriate for my yard. What a delightful pleasure to do business with this company.

They quoted a price that was more than twice the price I paid last year. Their quote: $400 and last year I paid $175.
