very happy with every step from price estimate, project measurement, roof installation, and final project closure. On time, quality work and very profession.

The crew arrived promptly when they said they would and worked hard all day. They finished by the end of the day even though they had to add extra plywood to half of the part of the roof they did. It looks very good and I believe they did an excellent job. I have been told by a couple of contractors that the price they charged was way too high. Also they tried really hard to sell me other products and they offer big incentives if you sign up immediately. Not very professional!

The crews that showed up were great, they arrived in the window I was given. They took great care in protecting my floors & walls during the installation. The installation went very well they were completely professional. When the job was complete they cleaned up the area thoroughly afterwards.

Absolutely wonderful, would recommend them to others.

We were planning to get the roof done in the Spring. Then we got hit by two major snow storms in mid-February, one soon after the other, which left a lot of snow on the roof, which soon formed large ice dams, causing some interior leaking. We had already signed the contract in January, and of course PHRG was anxious to do the job sooner rather than later (cash flow and all that). About 2 weeks ago they called us looking to settle on a date. Because of the water problem I said ASAP, and they said "How about next week"! I then mentioned the ice & snow issue and they said that they would take care of it as part of the job. I think this saved us between $1,000 - $1,500. The job was done in one day, with the temperature in the teens to low 20s. I was expecting them to show up about 8AM. Instead they came at 7AM and got right to work on the ice and snow. To make a long story short, they completed the job at 4PM and spent the next 2 hours cleaning everything up. Of course, we won't know until the next rain or snow storm if there are any immediate issues, and it will take years to determine how well they truly did. For now, I trust that the work was done correctly. One thing I liked was a visit from a QC manager the evening the job was completed. He went around the house and into the attic, checking out the job. This company had mixed reviews when I did my due diligence, but an A+ from the BBB, which usually means that a company is attentive to customer complaints/issues. We had found them at a booth at BJ's Wholesale, which I assume vetted PHRG before letting them sell in their stores. I give them all A's except for price, which got a C (fair). They do, however, use very high end materials, and offer a 50 year transferable warranty. BOTTOM LINE: I'd put them on the short list for other major projects.

The provider was on time and the job was completed in one day.

Instillation was professional, We love the new door. We had looked at a couple options, and was impressed with Power's products and reputation. There were cheaper options, but Power's warranty was a seller. However, Power is clearly run by a bunch of ADHD Jolt wired obsessive compulsive communication junkies. The initial home inspection took 3+ hours; talk about over KILL!

I am very pleased with Power Home Remodeling's response to my Anglie's List posting. Again - my issue had nothing to do with the roof. We just came through the most recent blizzard without any roofing issues at all.

Everything went well. They are very responsive about coming back to make any adjustments to their work. They are very dependable. They are pricey but you get what you pay for.

The sales pitch session was way too long. However, when I got past that the services were provided on a timely manner. When they were running late they called in advance to inform me and they did the job professionally.

Power HRG was professional from the first day that Steve came to our house to talk about their windows, to the day the installers where at my house for the install. The day of the install, the crew was running a little late to finish up a prior job and they called numerous times to keep us in the loop which we appreciated. Job was completed on time and my new windows and exterior trim look great. We have recommended them to my in-laws and they are just as happy with their new windows.

It went very well. I have no complaints. I am pleased with the windows and the installation was very professional. They cleaned up after themselves, took all the old windows and screens. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The roof was in really bad shape with loose/missing shingles, moss growing, etc. The crew came on time, set up tarps for debris and stripped the roof down to the wood. They then put in the ridge vents, underlayment, shingles, etc. Amazingly, they finished the whole job within THREE days! They even worked in the raw spring weather. They covered up everything at the end of each day to protect the work area. The crew was polite and professional. Upon completion, the workers really cleaned up everything including using a magnet system to collect any nails that might have missed the tarps that were placed around the house to catch debris. This company did a great job and I highly recommend them. I must say that I could possibly have gotten the roof done a bit cheaper BUT, and this is a really good BUT: the warranty was unbelievable -- a 50-yr. warranty which is also transferable if we sell the house!!!

,WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY!!!! Read the article on Burlington Patch prior to signing any contracts! There are many posts about their unethical sales practices. My eighty year old parents, who are in very poor health, had three replacement windows installed. After completing this job, two high pressure unscrupulous salesmen refused to leave their house until they purchased (replacement storm door) another product! My parents were so exhausted, they would have signed anything. Fortunately, there was a three day offer to resign, so my mother promptly called the following day to cancel. She was then told that another person must come back to her home for her to sign the cancellation! Another attempt to get my parents alone so they could pressure them again! My mother called me (I am power of attorney) to resolve this matter and the company was very uncooperative. It took three phone calls and a talk with the quality control manager (Teresa) before she stated, "your mother can just sign the cancellation notice". That information was never shared with my parents and I had to speak with three reps with the company before disclosed this information.

Showed up on time. Executed in 4hrs against the elements. Quick install, clean up, and professional Made sure we were satisfied with the outcome once the job was finished by taking a walk around house to inspect work and clean up.

Very professional. Man arrived on schedule to measure, noticed that the other windows in the house had grids and grids weren't specified for the 2 double hung windows. He changed the order so grids matched other windows in the house. Installers arrived as scheduled, installed the windows quickly, did a good job and cleaned up after finishing. We were very satisfied with the entire experience.

The 3 man crew that installed all windows took only three days. The entire work was very logically done. Very professional group of men. Arrived on time every day and worked at least 12 hours each days. At the end of installation they made sure I knew how to clean windows with proper cleaning solution and how to tilt the windows in properly for cleaning. Also showed me the safety features. I was very satisfied.

Done in a day. The team was terrific and their work was even better. The windows have made a signigicant difference in both our heating AND cooling bills. Another benefit that we didn't expect was a significant noise reduction. We can't stress enough what a great all around experience we had with the Power Home Remodeling group.

The first time they came to my house they talked to us in depth about what the issues were with our roof and what was needed. They even went up into my crawl space to look and see things. They were extremely professional. They came when they said they would come to do our roof and then our windows. We couldn't be more pleased. We are so happy we had this work done by Power Home Remodeling Group. They told us what to expect every step of the way. We will definitely be using them again for other work on our home.

Came to the house twice to give me an roofing estimate (about 3 months apart). First time they started at $22,000 and got down to $16,000 when I kept telling them they were crazy; The price was 3x more than what the job was worth. They pressure you into making a decision right then and there. I told them after the first visit that they were ridiculous pressuring me into signing that night. Their second visit, they lowered their price to $12,000 but said they'd have to exclude the garage to quote that, and I could get a cheaper contractor to do the garage. Then wanted me to sign a contract. I would never use them.

great. Workers arrived on time and were pleasant and professional. The foreman walked us around the house and explained what had been done and had us inspect around the house for debris. Everything was completely clean. And roof really was done in one day,,.we had several days of rain and it caused delays but project manager called faithfully with calls and reschedule options. All in all it was a smooth experience.
