We had 7 companies quite for replacement windows. Power Home gave us the best price and a great interest rate for the financing. The quality of the product is high with full replacement lifetime warranty. The installers showed on time, made very little noise and laid protective tarps over the work areas. They cleaned up after themselves very well. They were polite and informed is of status updates regularly. After the install a quality assurance rep came out and inspected each window inside and out. Great price, knowledgeable installers, and quality customer service response overall. Will definitely use again for other projects.

My only concern with their service was related to arrival timing. After canceling once before due to weather, they wanted to cancel again for a second time (thunderstorms were predicted). I encouraged them to come anyway, as the job site (our deck) was covered and if they needed a space to work our garage was available. They ended up canceling the earlier job, and arrived at my house 2-1/2 hours early. This was a major inconvenience. Everything else was flawless. The product quality was awesome (we selected a door with internal blinds). Installation staff were very efficient, cleaned everything up, etc. The pre-installation and sales staff and processes were very professional, and clarification/communication were almost too much. They left nothing to chance and there were no surprises!

The team of people who worked on our project (Derek, Puki, Peter, Jorge, Erick, and Keith) made us feel important and valued customers. Each one spent a lot of time to ensure that we were satisfied from beginning to end. Yes, we could have gotten a new roof and gutters for half the cost elsewhere, but we believe that we bought a product that will last half a century. We also believe that HPRG genuinely wants to transform the industry for the better and our experience with the team for this project was quite positive. We plan on re-engaging the company for windows and door projects.

PHRG was great!! We had the old rope windows and they came and installed 11 new double hung windows. I was very impressed with how they were so meticulous at insulating the gaps from where the old weights were. All the windows were installed in a timely manner and sealed to perfection. They walked around the house 2 or 3 times to make sure there were no gaps and all was complete. The clean up was perfect, you would have never known they were here except for the great new looking windows. I hope I never have to use it, but they have lifetime warranty on labor and parts for all the windows which is impressive!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

"Made promises such as they informed me that they would put a netting around the house and that wasn’t quite true and they promised that they would clean up and I had to call them back twice because they left nails all over the place and my friend got a flat in my driveway. The gutter and spout was detached, there were black scuffs on my wall on the outside of the house and they had to come back to re-adjust cameras and cleaned up twice and still didn’t do a good job. They also never got a permit to work and that was something that they promised to do and the city inspector shut them down-- they eventually got the permit once the city inspector forced them to”

THEY knocked on my door to say they were doing work nearby and noticed my roof needed work and offered me a free estimate. This was at 2:30 in the afternoon After making calls they made an appointment with me for 4:30. I waited and waited and they did not show up. The next day they called to reschedule the appointment. I asked why they did not show up the night before and he indicated that they tried calling and were not able to confirm the appointment. I asked why they needed to confirm a 4:30 appointment that was made at 2:30 and he said it was their policy and since they could not get me they did not want to waste anyone's time. I said well you wasted my time because I sat here waiting and you did not show up. He assured me that he would like to make it up to me and I agreed to an appointment for today at 10. I cleared my schedule to be available for this appointment. They called around 8 to confirm and I thought we were all set. During that call he mentioned they had financing available and asked me how my credit was. I mentioned it was not the greatest and he said no problem they could work with that. About 30 minutes later I received a second call saying that suddenly they were overbooked and would not be able to come by today or all week and they would call me again when they had available appointments. I asked if this had anything to do with my comment regarding my credit and she said no. I told her to take me off the list and do not bother calling me again. I have been in the market for a roofer and had called a few the very same day they happened to be doing work nearby and knocked on my door. In fact I am suspicious they somehow intercepted my online roofing inquiries. Also if they were concerned about whether I could finance the roof or not they should know I would not be wasting their time or more importantly my time if I did not have a way to pay for the roof. In fact one of the questions on my list is whether or not cash paying customers receive a discount. So their loss and I would not recommend them or their questionable tactics.

The entire project was done in one day. They did a an initial visit, pre install walk through, and post install visit as well as the project. All questions were answered. The crew that did the work was quick and professional. Very happy with the job and cleanup after work was complete.

Happy customer here! Power Home Remodeling just replaced my roof and gutters. Soon to come will be blown-in insulation into the attic and that is part of the package price. We will have them back within the next year to replace our siding. Dan and the crew of four today were professional, punctual, neat and friendly. The work is beautiful. Cannot say much more, I guess.

The replacement of the windows went very well. The guys are very nice and efficient. I believe I did review the window replacement last year and gave an A for the job well done. This time I am reviewing the harassment I have been suffering from Power Remodeling group since I had the windows replaced. Even if I replace window in the future, I will not call them. It has been very painful to deal with all these phone calls and I don't want to go thorough this again. I have been receiving calls almost every month since the job was done, at different times and on my cell phone. The first call I got was just one week after the job was done. The nice guy starts the conversation asking about the job, if it was well done and if we are satisfied with it. Then the guy says that there is someone in our area that would like to stop by to give us a promotion that is valid for 1 year. But they can not only put the offer on our mail box, they have to schedule a date when both home owners are home. And that is when it gets very annoying. After I said several times that I just replaced several windows recently and spent 5 K dollars and am not planning on doing it again any time soon because I have other things to fix in my house, they insist. They really tried to set up a time with me and my husband and keep asking about time and dates that would work for us. Even after I said I am not interested the guy kept repeating the same thing over and over again and tried hard to set up the time to stop by. I had to be h****** him and finally we ended the call. After this first call, I have been receiving similar calls every month with the same story. I once asked if the guy did not realize that someone had called me the month before and that I said no to the offer. He said that there were no notes on the system and there was no way for him to know. This went on for several months until last September when I got really upset with the call to my cell when I was working in the morning. The guys started the same story again. I thought it was unbelievable. I asked him no write a note and not to call me again. How often do they think we change windows??!! They haven't called me in months :) However, the last contact happened two days ago and they called me again on my cell at work with the same story. The guy asked how was the job and if it was well done etc... The job was 2 years ago!!!! So I asked him if he realized that the job was done more than one year ago and that I had received several calls similar to this one asking me about the job. How come he was calling me again with these same questions??!! And of course he said that there was someone in my area that wanted to drop the offer and wanted to meet me and my husband. It was very aggravating and I got really annoyed. I asked him not to call me again, never! And I blocked their number on my cell!

Went well. PHRG were professional in the beginning as well as the contractors who installed the roof. Very pleased with their overall knowledge and customer service orientation. Roof was installed within 2 days just like they stated. The price, I feel a bit high, but you get what you paid for. 5 ?'s. Very impressed!!! Would highly recommend PRHG.

Installers were very professional and hard working. Cleaned up when done and my yard looked cleaner that it did before they came. All done in 1 day and the roof looks great

it went very well. So well ,in fact, that Im having Power quote me an entry and screen door. The crew of three showed up early and were very professional washing me floor twice after the tarps were pulled up and the floor was vacuumed. I will definitely use the again!

Excellent! Install was quick. Job was completed in less than two hours. Slider fits tight with no gaps. So happy with their service and will definitely use them again.

It was great! The communication was by far the best we've experienced with contractors. The install was done in a day and there is a 50 yr transferable warranty so this is instant value added to our home. Excellent experience. Punctual, personable and high quality.

great. Everyone was prompt, courteous, helpful. Great service and follow up. Almost over communication, (if there ever such a thing) which was amazingly helpful to keep us updated! People were on time, professional, and nice to work with. We will definitely go with Power again.
