The sales and management people were good and easy to work with. The crew who did the work were professional, friendly and cooperative whenever I had to go in or out of the house while they were working. They kept cleaning while working so there was minimal debris. Overall, I was very happy with their service and plan to call them for my next home improvement project.

Had 12 energy star windows installed. Danny did a great job with the installation, he was on time and very efficient. Every one I dealt with from Power HGR were very professional, starting with Beau and Joe, and finishing off with Raphael.

All went well. The doors look and perform great. Trim inside looks like it was never touched. would recommend them to friends.

The process was very easy and enjoyable. Everyone was very professional and super nice. The Windows transformed our home from a drafty hobble to a warm and quiet home. We are extremely happy with this company and will use them again without any hesitation.

Great. Old roof replaced with new better shingles, better ventilation for my attic as temperature would go up to over 110 degrees in summer. Warranty passes to new owner if I sell my house

The work and everything was fine. They were very responsive and they came out quickly. It was all good experience on the front end but the back end not so much. There was a lot of high pressure to get little work done.

Everyone was very professional with all the interactions. The sales were typical sales pitch so be prepared but still professional. The pre install went fine and the actual install was done in 5 hours. All together it was a great experience although a little higher price tag than competitors. The quality of the product is great and we are now warm in our home.

It went very well. The workers were very friendly and professional and cleaned up their mess. I definitely notice a difference with the temperature in those rooms, and I no longer feel the draft of cold air by the window. I will definitely contact them when I am ready to install the rest of the windows.

We were impressed right from the start. The initial sales call was thorough and informative and we were given clear options as to pricing and timeline. The company provided extensive follow-up prior to the installation. Installation proceeded like clockwork, with workers arriving promptly and working efficiently throughout. Hallmarks of the company are professionalism, strong work ethic, friendliness, outstanding product and workmanship.

Currently in process of a complete remodel the entire second floor, during which I've met with 10 general contractors, 5 HVAC tradesmen, 4 electricians, 2 window replacement groups and 3 insulation companies. Of all of those groups, Power has been the easiest/smoothest, most professional and responsive group to work with by a good margin. Appointments were always flexible to my (difficult) schedule and kept on time, I could always get in contact with someone, there was always a follow-up, I was constantly kept informed of the project status/timeline, the salesman type pressure/approach wasn't there, and the final product was better quality than I had even originally hoped. After installation, I also got immediate appointment with a quality assurance manager who checked the installation crew's work, inspected all the windows/latches, and answered any questions/concerns on the spot. I have no doubt that I could've found comparable quality at a cheaper price, but it almost certainly wouldn't have come with all of the above or the guarantees/comprehensive warranty and service contract. I don't anticipate having any problems, but I feel reassured that if anything did happen it wouldn't be a struggle to address it. The whole remodeling process is full of stress, frustration, and struggle; so it's relieving to find a group that does all it can to minimize those issues. I'll definitely be working with Power again on the future plans to do the same with the 1st floor.

From sales person through Quality follow up, the service was remarkable. All of my questions were answered immediately. My initial install date had to be changed due to bad weather and they were able to schedule me the next day. The installation crew was phenomenal - professional and took pride in their work.

Excellent. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the material used. Everyone that we dealt with were very professional and courteous. From the salesperson to the office people to the roofers. The job began on time and finished as expected. They knew what they were doing. Very well equipped to do the job efficiently and properly. Perfect clean up. We will use them again.

The crew showed up on time, was well organized and got to work quickly. material was pre-positioned the day before, which allowed them to go right to work. The Company's organization and prep work was key to getting the job done in within one day, as promised. Power placed a lot of focus on customer service, making sure that their work fit into our schedule and had little impact on our lives. The quality of work was excellent, and the crew made a special emphasis to make sure our yard was cleaned up of all debris from the project. Overall the crew did a great job work very quickly and the finished product looked excellent

Presentation in the selling of the Windows was way to long and price was high but with a lifetime guarantee it is worth it. They were very professional and helpful. They worked clean and fast.

All the details? The calls are frequent, even though we stated that we didn't want the service, and did not want to be contacted. When I asked to stop calling my number, the salesman stated, "Ok, we'll call the cell number." He was very snarky in attitude. It is companies like this that make me never open my doors anymore to anyone I do not know.

Quick installation. Very professional work. Communication was excellent Spent time ensuring everything was a good fit. Consistently followed up to ensure we were satisfied. Very satisfied with work that was done.

Some sales guys from Power Home Remodeling Group were in our neighborhood, and we agreed to have a free estimate. A couple days later Greg came out to give us an estimate. This was a very thorough estimate - he went all around the edge of the roof, taking detailed pictures, and he went up into the attic to take additional pictures. He then gave us a description of what they would propose. This proposal, while thorough, was far too long. That was the only complaint I have in the process - it lasted hours. But, we liked the proposal, and even though the price was higher than I think we would have gotten elsewhere, the 50 year warranty transferable warranty blew us away, and they had affordable financing which made the project doable for us. The work was scheduled for 2 weeks later on October 14. A dumpster and the supplies were dropped off theday before. The crew showed up right on time at 7:30 in the morning. The 5 guys went right to work, and by 2:30 that afternoon the whole job was complete and very well cleaned up. The roof looks great. Their quality control guy, Jeff, came out that night to make sure we were satisfied with the job. We were very pleased, and would gladly recommend Power Home Remodeling Group. We would highly recommend Power. They did a thorough job explaining our roof replacement project, all the reps were knowledgeable, professional & courteous and everyone involved with the job did everything they promised ? on time! They definitely went the extra mile to insure we knew what to expect and that all aspects of the job were done right. The project manager communicated on a regular basis before, during and after the job to be sure we were satisfied and we were so pleased with the whole experience we signed up for new gutters as well.

Phenomenal customer service and high quality of work

The installation experience went very well . The project manager called the day before to push up the date which pleased us very much since we wanted the windows installed ASAP. The following morning the project manager called to confirm that the installers would arrive between 8:30 and 9 they arrived at 8:45. They did a terriffic job very professional and respected my home they cleaned up after themselves answered all my questions. A quality assurance manager came to my home to insure that I was pleased with work within a few minutes of completion of the job. Went over the installation and signed all the paper work and offered all warranty papers as well. Overall excellent experience would hire them again.

From the sales visit to the quality assurance visit (this includes installation), it has been a wonderful experience. The knowledge of product as well as ensuring that we understood the product that we were investing in,was instrumental to our confidence in this purchase. Basically, a great, great experience..
