Guys we're on time, everyone was courteous,friendly and done in a good time frame

This contractor came to my attention after they installed a roof on a house nearby. The company representative who came to give us an estimate was thoroughly professional, gave us an in-depth presentation of how the project would be carried out, and answered numerous questions knowledgeably. They do not use subcontractors, the workmen are all company employees. (Also, if you are a BJ's member there is an additional discount). The quote is good for a year, although you can get an additional discount if you schedule a job at the initial meeting, all in all making the pricing competitive. The roofing was done precisely as outlined, the workers were right on time and the project manager kept in touch with me on the phone before, during, and after the work. Clean up was thorough and the new roof looks great! We had a small issue with a cap on a railing on our deck (which was knocked off during the installation), and the company provided immediate assistance for fixing the problem).

Terrific job. They arrived at 7am and finished just before 4pm. They were on time, efficient, and cleaned up the front and the back of the house. I had been thinking of having the roof done when one of their employees came to the door. He said he was working on a job in the neighborhood and noticed my roof needed repair. He set up an appointment for a remodeling consultant to talk to me. The consultant spent 1 1/2 hours going over all the materials that would be used, and he showed me all the materials. I felt really confident after speaking with him and signed up to have the work done that day. One great selling point of course, was the 50 year warranty. If I sell the house in the future, the warranty can be turned over to the buyer. While the work was going on, I received several calls asking if everything was going OK and if I had any questions. The other big selling point for me was that I did not have to pay for the work until it was completed and I was satisfied. As a single woman, I always wonder if I use someone I have not used before, are they going to be professional or are they going to try to cheat me. Well they were very professional and when you don't have to pay up first, I feel very comfortable. I really can't say enough about this company. Would I use them again for another project? DEFINITELY.

I am not impressed with Power Home Remodeling. Our house has rock cornerstones, which Power was well aware they would have to work around because they told us they would have to remove the cornerstones if we wanted vinyl siding. We chose not to go with the siding, but did agree to have gutters installed by Power instead. My first problem was trying to reschedule our appointment. When I called our project manger the day before our appointment to reschedule because the recent rains delayed our house painter from painting the area Power would be working in, I never received a call back from Power. Not “it is too late to reschedule, sure we can reschedule”, nothing….simply no response. The installers were great. They showed up early, were quick, neat and polite. They did a nice job however the downspouts installed are overly intrusive. When I asked if they could raise them so they did not cross over the rock cornerstones, I was told no because of the grade needed. We communicated as best as we could since they didn’t speak English as their first language. I am still waiting for a follow up call from our project manager at Power as to how we liked the job. Not returning phone calls, no follow up and worst of all, not giving your expert advice when trying to sell a job deserves a C for overall service.

It went great, this is the 3rd time we have Power Home Remodeling 1st time was to the the roof done, 2nd for the some windows replacement and now 3rd time for some more windows replacement. Like the previous 2 times Power Home always on time their staff get the job done quickly and they pick up all the trash

Very smoothly. From first contact though evaluation visit, everyone was professional, thorough, and helpful. We were amazed at how efficiently and quickly everything was done during the actual roof installation which took less than one day. The roof was just put on so we haven't yet gone through a winter but we are confident that, given the materials, workmanship, and warranty, that the roof will be fine.

PHRG provided their support however it was needed throughout the entire project. The crew that did the actual install arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day long to stay within schedule. Unexpectedly, some rotten boards surfaced that needed to be replaced and this was handled seamlessly by the install team. Both I and my husband are happy with the materials used and the installation of those materials. Five stars from both of us. Will follow up wit a review of the siding install after that occurs. I'm expecting good things there as well.

This looks like several other reviews. Unexpected door to door guy "in the neighborhood" asking if I wanted a roof estimate. He was very polite and reasonable. Put me on the phone with someone to make the appointment who kept asking questions I didn't want to answer. How to spell my wife's name, my cell phone. No - its just an estimate. Asked about all home owners, etc, raising suspicions, but I was curious (roof is old) so I continued. Wanted to automated call me. No spamming, I signed up for NoMoRobo which delightfully drops all known spam phone calls in its database. I got home earlier from work. 7pm no one came. No contact information for them - phone number or anything. Look them up through Angies List, since this feeling strange, in spite of many good reviews here on Angies list. Their web site is weird, hard to navigate. I call, they see via caller id, that yes I had an appointment, but I didn't answer the confirmation calls. I was home. They confirmed they do automated calls, they think nomorobo dropped them (so they're in a spammer's database?). Offer to reschedule, no forget it, too much hassle. After seeing other reviews I'm glad we didn't. I suspected high pressure, which other reviews said. I didn't like requirements about all homeowners, etc...

people were on time for appointments, the workers worked hard and started early on the roof. The process was very organized.

Purchase process was easy as could be, everyone was so nice, showed up on time and did a great job? Nothing better than working with folks tha love their job!

I would recommend windows to everyone. They did a great job and the service was unparalleled! Very happy

Excellent. There were six men and two supervisors who oversaw the work being done. They had to remove some of the wood on my roof. But They gave me enough square feet that it did not go over the price agreed on. They are dedicated to giving you the best job possible. Never agree on the first price they give you they will come back with a counter offer. At least they did with me. Saved like over a thousand dollars.

This was a great experience. We were impressed with their product and we are both in the building trades. Their first estimate was too expensive for us, but eventually they offered us a great deal that we could not refuse. I was mostly impressed with the availability and communication from their scheduling, project manager, and foreman. During the job, we brought certain details to their attention, and they were quickly tended to. It was a bit hectic for us, but it was worth it in the end. We are extremely pleased with the end result, and their warranty as well. Everything went according to plan, from letting us know about stock delivery, dumpster delivery, and work schedule. They worked long hours, and worked with precision, which we really appreciated. I would recommend them. We were pleased with what we got for the cost.

From initial contact with Jeremy the consultant through the installing of the replacement windows everything went well. Jeremy explained and demonstrated the product and refrained from using high pressure sales tactics. The installers did a great job including the clean up after job completion

I received a knock on my door while my family was eating dinner to find two unsolicited salesmen from PHR inquiring if I would like an estimate for my roof. I had never heard of this company before and am not comfortable with people I don't know approaching me in this manner, however I was planning on having work done on my roof and agreed to have someone come by for a free estimate. The process of getting someone to come by was uncomfortable, several personal and in my opinion inappropriate questions were asked, such as how old am I, who lives in the property, what are there names, etc. This information seemed irrelevant when I'm the homeowner and would be responsible for the decision and payments for the work. Despite my reservations, I moved forward with making an appointment to have someone come by for a quote. I was flexible and allowed the estimator to set the date and time for the appointment. I received several voicemails prior requesting I confirm the appointment. I called back and confirmed. Approximately 30 minutes prior to the appointment I received a call asking me to reschedule. Very frustrated given that I made the appointment and set my schedule around them on top of the unsolicited visit with the salespeople previously, I told them I was not interested in rescheduling. I would describe my overall experience with PHR as shady, inappropriate, and irresponsible.

The entire process was awesome from start to finish. This group knows what customer service is all about and the quality of their products is excellent. The communication during the actual work was exemplary.

Their communication was excellent. They called the week before coming to the house, and the project manager checked in with us on most days that they were at our house working to see if we were happy with their work (which we were). The workers were professional, they worked very hard, and the job was completed on time without any issues. They cleaned up everything when they left, and again the project manager followed after the work was completed to make sure we were happy with everything they did. They even fixed a screen door which did not close properly, and now it works better than before. The house looks fantastic!

They verified the A/C's would fit and once that was completed, they went through with insulation. They installed 9 windows in 3 hours. I couldn't tell if there would be an issue yet. When I tried installing the A/C's, which they said would have no issues, the AC was about 4 inches off. They offered to give me money for what AC was worth. The whole point was that I wanted an AC to fit in there. We found one ac but it was beyond his price range. We gave him a few days. He said that he found one that could fit, but after reading description, we found out that it would not fit. I gave him a few more days to fix. About three days later, I checked on the status, he let me know it would not fit and they would give me money. I reminded them that I would not have purchased the windows if they were not appropriate size. Its very difficult to find an AC that was 12 inches or smaller, where previously I had 17 inches of room to play with.

Beginning with the sales rep, he was polite and professional. The finance Dept from Power was expedient and completed everything so we could use them. The day of the Job the workers arrived on time and worked hard. They cleaned up well too. I was Very pleased with the end result.

A crew of six men, including a foreman, arrived on time, introduced themselves, and immediately started working, blocking off my front yard so no one could walk in and get hurt, and put down tarps all around my house. The men were all polite, very professional and worked hard all day. The men cleaned up all the debris and it was hauled away in the dumpster which arrived the day before the work was done. The whole project was completed in one day, 11 hours from arrival to departure. I have a 1930 over-sized bungalow that would leak every time we had heavy rain storms and that had no ventilation so the temperature would be 110+ degrees all summer. I have a beautiful new roof and peace of mind that all the new intake ventilation will keep my attic from heating up in the summer. and a 50 year warranty. I also was able to obtain low interest financing.

They had a very difficult time removing the slider doors but worked through it at no additional cost and no time delay. They did a fantastic job inside the house and out. They are the best contracting group I have ever dealt with and would highly recommend them to others. I had some other work done by them prior to this project such as gutters, other window replacements and a solar reflective material put in the attic to keep heat from escaping and also to keep the heat from building up in the hot months. The quality control is the best and if I had any issues they would come back as many times as necessary until I was completely satisfied.
