Power has a policy that if you live with a spouse or significant other they will only come onsite for a quote if both of you are present. When I told the guy at Power my wife is unavailable and that she didn't need to be part of the roofing meeting, he say they would only come out if both of us would sit down for the quote... Seems absurd that this is a policy! I could understand if he recommended that we both are available, but to cancel the quote because I could not guarantee she would be free at that time blows my mind. Don't bother getting a quote from these guys... they don't seem to have any empathy or willingness to work with their clients... just repeat that "they come out for a free 1-hour quote that is good for a year..."

Met with the sales person they were polite and showed us everything. We got the trim and gutters done and the work looks great. 5 stars all the way

Used power for a few Windows everyone was polite and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up well.

I am extremely happy with everything Power has done with this project. My house has been in the family for generations and to be able to fix it the way they did is extremely appreciated. It looks fantastic! Additionally, Everyone I’ve dealt with has shown the highest level of professionalism. I would recommend Power to anyone wanting to do their siding.

TL;DR - JUST TELL THEM TO LEAVE. Don't set up an appointment, don't give them a number to schedule for a better time, don't be polite. JUST SAY NO. I wish I could give this "company" ZERO stars. Just a giant waste of time, energy, and money. The sales guy spent over 4 hours wearing my father down with his IPAD presentation and TED talk about roofing before pressuring him into a contract for 2x the quote we already had; highlighting how easy the process would be with them and how the 50YR warranty was the best thing since sliced bread. After signing, he disappeared in a cloud of smoke and that's when the fun really started. The materials arrived a day early (one day before the last day to cancel) at 6 am with no warning, forcing us to move our car into the street in preparation for the dumpster that was supposed to arrive at 9am. After waiting all day for the dumpster, we had to call to remind someone to send it. We were told that the dumpster would arrive at 9am the next day with the workers so that they could get everything done and cleaned up in one day, as promised. The workers arrived at 9am, but the dumpster was a no-show. The workers didn't introduce themselves or acknowledge us but they worked diligently until around 1pm and proceeded to wait around laying on our lawn with all of the garbage for another 3 hours until the dumpster finally arrived, just in time to block our intersection for an hour as school let out. The workers removed most of the trash and tried to get us to sign a paper saying everything was great and pay them in cash. No. Then the dumpster stayed in our driveway, full of garbage for another four days until we reached out again to get someone to remove it. For the next month and a half, the response to our experience has been comical at best. Every person that has come to our home on behalf of the company home has been rude, condescending, and robotic in their responses. It feels like they all got the same canned responses to give customers who had a terrible experience. The last guy called me "difficult" no less than 6 times just for asking for a safe payment method before giving him my credit card on my lawn. I didn't do my due diligence and research before I fell for this scam and that was an expensive and annoying lesson to learn. Don't make the same mistake.

Windows are high quality replacement windows. I had 14 windows replaced. Workmen knew what they were doing and answered all my questions. I would use them again.

Exceptional quality, very professional, and extraordinarily knowledgeable and patient. Questions and concerns were addressed and remedied immediately. I look forward to contacting them in the future for other home remodeling projects and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

Very well. No issues with workers nor time of arrival. Staff very profesional, on top of keeping property clear of debri. Company QC inspector gave a wonderful assessment of the project during instalation.

The sales presentation was long, but very thorough. Workers were professional and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. There were some scheduling delays, but not too serious.

Installed a three panel front window. Executed well and very professional staff arrived within timeframe. Pleased with the work done and the end product. Despite some small hiccups they were taken care of same day with no delay. Team was respectful and personable to work with.
