It is like having the Window Ninjas coming to your house! They take out the old windows, install the new windows, clean up, and they are gone. Very efficient and professional.

Had roof, trim, and gutters installed. Product is great and the house looks fantastic. Would definitely recommend checking them out.

Such a poorly run organization, if I could give zero stars to this I would. Our entire home needed new windows, 11 upstairs and 11 downstairs. We split the project up and were doing 11 upstairs this winter and 11 downstairs in the spring. We will not be moving forward with the downstairs windows now based upon our experience. We will find another source. Our install for the windows upstairs was scheduled for Monday for 11 windows. The installers showed up with 9. We were told by our sales rep that the contractors on site would be power home employees but come to find out they are actually contractors they sub out, not actual employees of power home. A huge selling point by the sales rep was that they were "power home employees not random guys," which was obviously a lie. My husband and I had to stay home from work for this install only to have to reschedule another install for the following Friday since they couldn't complete the project due to the window shortage. We had a quality assurance rep show up at our home to "check on the install" but instead he walked through our home and tried pointing out several other areas we should be improving trying to make us drop another $11K. He was then very insistent on us giving him a 5 star review on google while he was there so he could take a picture of it, which is just completely inappropriate. On Friday my husband takes a half day from work to complete the install that was scheduled for 1 pm. We then get a call from power home at 9 am stating they'd be at our house at 1030 am, no where close to the time our quality assurance rep told us, which again would mess up our entire work day. My husband explains the time mix up and they state they'd move some things around and get back to us. They then called back and said they would come at 1 pm. At 2 pm the power home contractors still haven't arrived. At 330 pm they cancelled entirely. My suggestion to anyone would be to steer clear of this company. Read some of the yelp reviews if you are unsure. I will not be recommending their business to anyone. You're better off buying from a well known source like Anderson. We regret ever going with their services

We just got our roof replaced and couldn’t be happier. Saleswoman, Amy, was fantastic showing us the roof system. Not pushy at all. Then the installers came and ripped right through in half a day. Unbelievable!

Excellent service all the way around from beginning to end. I wouldn’t think about calling anyone else.

Everyone at Power is very friendly and efficient. Every contractor they have all do it the “Power Way”. They do what they say and get the job done right. They go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and help us with anything we need. They answer all of our questions we have and even questions we don’t ask! Any issues are resolved immediately. They have a great warranty, if any issues come up they are right there to get it fixed.

From the salesman to the roofers, everyone was very professional and wanted to be sure we were satisfied with the work that was done. They are incredibly responsive and quick, and the follow up was incredible. The fact that they are a large company made us feel more comfortable, trusting that the warranty would hold (and it’s a 50 year warranty) and we liked that the warranty was transferable to anyone should we sell the home.

It went very well. They got here on time and got started right away. At first you wouldn’t think that they would get everything installed and cleaned up in one day, but by the end of the day everything was done perfectly.

We met Power Home Remodeling at the Southern New England Home Show where we scheduled an appointment to have John come out. He was on time, very knowledgeable about the product and gave a great presentation. The Installers showed up on time and even took their time with the removal and re-install of our alarm system which was no easy task. Overall we very happy with Power Home Remodeling. the team was professional and prompt. the quality of work was fantastic. they delivered what was promised and made sure we were happy with the work. one of the window frames was faulty and they immediately made an appointment to come back to replace the entire window. they also insisted that no payment (not even partial payment) be made until that window was satisfactory.

First heard about Power when shopping at Sam’s club. There was no pressure for buying but after a very thorough presentation about their company and the windows I decided to go ahead with the project. I am very pleased with the overall experience from start to finish, and have the satisfaction of the great warranty.

I was very happy with the service of Power, they were here on time and finished in the timeline they gave us. Excellent craftsmanship and the communication was great. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them to everyone.
