They were prompt, responsive to my timeline, courteous and thorough. If I had a question, I would text Berj and he would write back immediately. His team worked long hours and some weekends too. The floors look beautiful, and they cleaned up every day so that there was no dust anywhere. The edges around the corners of the rooms and two-flights of stairs have been restored to almost perfect condition ( and this is a 100 year old house.) I'm thrilled with the job they've done and would recommend them to anyone with reservation..

I don't know where to begin to start reviewing Berj. Berj is highly professional, a perfectionist, prompt, easily reached by phone,a hard worker, a wood expert, personable,etc. He did a wonderful job on the floors in my house that was built in 1902. It was not an easy task. They look beautiful !! Berj repaired where it was needed (and the repairs matched the old floors), sealed the wood (water based or oil based depending on what the floors were made of...maple or hard pine) plus did 3 coats of finish. He put molding where needed and two thresholds where needed. I told him he reminded me of an artist. He knew exactly what would look right and where. For example you can't even tell the difference between the hard pine stairs and the "floating floor" ....by the way he placed the planks of the new floor. Since the stairs go into the kitchen....it all blends in beautifully. It was also nice to have such personal attention rather than a larger company where you feel like you are just a number. He even met me at a store to help pick out the "floating floor". Berj also went "above and beyond" solving my sun porch problem and coming up with the best solution for my kitchen and pantry floor. He also left floor products to clean the floors...one for the wood floors and one for the "floating floor". Berj worked around other contractors in the house...actually working at night so they could walk on the floors in the morning. The dustless sanding was great..no dust and they cleaned up when they were finished the whole project so you didn't even know they had been there. I would highly recommend Berj. I have more floor sanding coming up and I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else. I found his name on Angie's List and went by his excellent reviews.

I can't rave enough about Berj's exquisite handiwork. From the first meeting to the last, he provided everything he promised and then some. Our large living room required some complex maneuvering to accommodate the below-grade location, concrete sub-floor and ramp to the kitchen, but Berj and his team managed it with aplomb. The attention to detail is what especially has us talking-- when we discussed the project, we were concerned the edge between the two rooms would have to incorporate connector pieces of molding, and we were worried this would create a lip between rooms that would be difficult to navigate in a wheelchair. But Berj's beveled edge between kitchen stone tile and new wood is seamless. All of the other aspects of Eco-Floor's work were exactly as you might hope as well: punctuality, accuracy and reasonableness of estimate, tidiness. But it was Berj's accessibility (by text) and his affability that made it a pleasure to work with him. We will certainly contract with him again when we take on the other floors of our home.

It's always disruptive to have your floors refinished -- especially stairs -- but with Berj and his workers, it really wasn't so bad. They were good about communicating what they would do and when they would do it, and they followed through according to plan. Berj is a bit of a perfectionist, too, which is exactly what you want in someone who does finishing work. His employees were also careful and very pleasant. The dustless systems really works! After sanding, the windows and walls were completely dust-free. They coated the stairs early in the day so we were able to use them with socks on at night. They put felt pads on all the furniture before replacing it and left a floor cleaning kit, too. The floors and stairs were started on a Monday morning and the furniture was back in place by Friday morning. Everything looks beautiful -- much better than I expected given the condition of the floors at the start. Last year, I had bedroom floors refinished by another dustless company. Those floors don't look quite as good even though they started out in better condition than the floors Eco Floor Sanding did. So, the company you choose does make a difference. If you choose Eco Floor Sanding to refinish your floors, you have made an excellent choice!

Excellent service and work. Better than we expected. First there was VERY little dust in the home. The team was easy to work with and very high quality work. As a result the kitchen floor is back to top quality.

Prompt, professional, courteous service and I am thoroughly satisfied with the work done. Because it was a small job there was a overall rate rather than pricing by the square foot but he gave a 5% new customer discount. I would definitely use this business again.

I can not recommend Berj highly enough!! Not only did the quality of work surpass my expectations, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely responsive and professional, coming by the house multiple times to answer questions I had at a moments notice. He gave great advice, stained samples for us to review, worked around a very hectic schedule of ours with other contractors in the house, came back after the floors were stained to fix minor scratches (many that were from our kids and movers; without charging us!) He fixed damaged areas of our floor perfectly. We will definitely use him again, and encourage anyone looking to refinish their floors to call him right away. He is really that great to work with. And a complete plus is he works with eco products and is very conscious of any fumes. And at the end of the day the place was completely clean, no equipment left out and no dust anywhere. We worked with a lot of contractors on remodel projects before moving into our house, and Berj was one contractor that made the experience easy and pleasant. We love our floors and loved working with him.

Berj and his team were fantastic! They started on time and finished on time in four days! Removing the improperly-installed old hardwood floors and baseboards without any issues, even dealing with the trimwork around the fireplace hearth and some decorative tile transitions. They laid down the plywood and underlayment to make sure the floors were level and then went through the entire first floor quickly and cleanly. If there were any issues, Berj was very quick to reach out to me to let me know the situation so that we could resolve the issue quickly. The project was completed on time and the final price was what Berj originally quoted. I would be more than happy to have his team out to our house again any time and can't express enough just how pleased we are with the work that was done!
