They did a great job. They came right away to give me an estimate and the order was placed and received very fast. They did a great job on the quality of installation and I was very happy with the service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great. We love the outcome and working with the company. Michael asked questions and listened and made suggestions based on our preferences and budget. The fabric selection and design choices are overwhelming but Michael quickly made recommendations and narrowed down choices for us to make our decision making manageable. When the fabric we initially picked was no longer made by the manufacturer, we were disappointed but Michael offered choices to help with another fabric selection (we wish we had known this was a possibility so we wouldn't have had our heart set on on fabric/color) but we did find another fabric we liked. Michael worked to expedite the making of the drapes so it wasn't delayed too much longer. When he and a colleague came to install the drapes, they even helped adjust a window treatment that another company installed that we weren't happy with which I didn't expect them to do. They also came back to help make some adjustments to meet our personal preferences.

The entire staff was helpful and professional. I went to their store and looked through fabric swatches. I did not have a lot of time, so I let them know what I was looking for. When they came out to measure my windows, they brought additional fabric swatches. They quoted me 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of the finished product. The shades were completed and installed in three weeks.

They gave me a very close estimate over the phone, then came to the house to measure and confirm the final cost. They were very prompt for appointments (when they came to measure and then again to install) and were very professional and friendly. The shades are exactly as I had ordered, fit quite well, and are beautiful.

Everything was perfect! Michael was punctual, professional, and very easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted and then helped us find a way through fabric and styles to achieve our goal of creating a unique feel to each room while making the rooms feel connected and part of the same scheme. After agreeing upon the plans for each window, Michael took the measurements and told us that everything would be ready in 6-8 weeks. 6 weeks later, we got a call that our window treatments were in, and he came out to install them. The installation was done within an hour, and we could not be more pleased with the way our windows (and the rooms themselves) look! It is all that we hoped for and more! Michael even noticed that a floor heat vent was making one of the valances billow out, and he fixed the valance so that it still had a natural look but wouldn't blow around whenever the heat came on. He is a true professional, and I recommend Designs in Blinds wholeheartedly!

The owner came to the house for the consultation. All aspects of phone and personal contacts were excellent. Consultation explored a variety of options and price points. Blinds and shades were ready when promised and installed in what seemed like an instant. Very pleased and would call this company again.

I started using this company because of their good reviews on Angie's List. I was not disappointed. Mike, the proprietor, is terrific - professional and courteous. He is prompt, efficient, and helpful. I was so impressed with my first experience that we started on project #2 a year later and just as great.

THE OWNER, MICHAEL, CAME OUT THE FIRST TIME FOR THE CONSULTATION. MICHAEL WAS GREAT ! HE HAD LOTS OF WONDERFUL IDEAS. I HAD BEEN TRYING TO FIND SOMETHING FOR THESE ROOMS FOR OVER A YEAR! THE INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY ALSO. THEY WERE OUT TWICE FOR THE DIFFERENT ROOMS. TWO DIFFERENT INSTALLERS CAME OUT, BOTH WERE PLEASANT, POLITE AND ON TIME. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM FOR ALL MY DECORATING NEEDS!

THE INSTALLER ARRIVED TOO EARLY (THE COMPANY APPARENTLY GAVE HIM AND ME DIFFERENT TIMES), BUT HE WAITED FOR ME AND WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. THE BLINDS ARE PERFECT. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

AFTER ABOUT A WEEK A PULL STRING BROKE. THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND DETERMINED THAT MY CAT HAD CHEWED THROUGH IT. THEY REPLACED IT ANYWAY. THEY WERE VERY RELIABLE.

EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND HAD GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS. INSTALLATION WAS DONE EXACTLY WHEN PROMISED. PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT WORTH IT FOR LEVEL OF SERVICE. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD TO MEASURE AND TO INSTALL THE WINDOW TREATMENTS. IN ALL OUR DEALINGS, THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROMPT. THE ORDERED TREATMENTS CAME IN SOONER THAN I EXPECTED. OVERALL, IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

VERY RESPONSIVE, EVEN IN CLEARING UP A PRODUCT DEFECT FROM THE MANUFACTURER.
