Description of Work: First I spent 2.5 hrs in the show room picking out what I wanted for 9 windows. Huge selection of colors. Staff is terrific.Appointment scheduled for following week for measuring. I still had questions & was pleased that the consultant did not rush me. Installation was 4 weeks later. Love these window treatments. They really added a finished pooh to the rooms.

Description of Work: Installed honeycomb shades in a bedroom and bathroom (six windows). I visited the shop and the sales person showed me different possibilities. We made an appointment for a home visit where he took measurements and gave me an estimate. The shades were ready in a few weeks and were installed by a technician who was professional, efficient and courteous. The shades look great and I am satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: Time will tell - I just got home from work;the blinds were installed while my husband was here. Unfortunately, the kitchen blind was installed in a bedroom, and vice versa. It is odd that the installer did not notice he was putting in 2 different blinds in the same (bed)room. I have called ... I hope they will be back tomorrow to switch them. The person who came to help me choose blinds were terrific. The blinds are high quality. The price was reasonable.

Description of Work: These guys are A+ people offering an A+ service. Consummate professionals, courteous protecting my floors, furniture, etc., while getting the blinds hung quickly and efficiently. Michael and team took the time to educate me on my power blinds, troubleshooting, etc. even helped me put my furniture (unsolicited) back in place before they left. I would recommend to any one; including close personal friends and family.

Description of Work: The company rep came out to my home and made great suggestions and was so lovely to work with. He asked me great questions and made me feel like my input mattered even though I had very little experience with this. He made a promise to get the window treatments installed in time for a Holiday party and he followed through on that. The installer did an awesome as well. He did the work competently and cleaned up thoroughly. All in all, I would say that the cost was a bit on the high side but well worth it. The blinds look beautiful and I will use this company again. I have referred them to a number of my friends.

Description of Work: I saw this company's add in one of the weekly circulars delivered in the mail. After taking a look at the company thru Angie's List, I decided to call them to come out for an estimate. The people at this company couldn't be nicer and their price on my work was below the estimates that I had received from other companies. I had my window treatments installed yesterday and they are terrific. I would definetly use this company again for any future work that I may need.

Description of Work: I stopped into the showroom to learn a little bit more about shades. The staff was friendly, informative and professional. I was able to receive an estimate regarding the shades needed for about twelve windows. I then scheduled an appointment for a representative to come out to my home and measure. However, I visited one more company (up in New Hampshire...in the town that I'm originally from) and was able to get a better deal (plus, no sales tax!). I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this company or the staff other than that the price was slightly higher than the alternative I found.
