AAA Sparkling Window & Gutter Cleaning

They were excellent. They did a very, very good job and I'll have them come again this spring. They were very dependable. A lot of other people liked them on the List, so that's why I tried them, and they were really good. They were very courteous too.

It went really well. Three workers came and efficiently worked through the job. They were done in nearly an hour. True professionals.

Live person answered the phone; range was given for estimate, final cost was the higher end, but still more reasonable than previous years. As important, was that work was done within 10 days.

When I called they gave me a quote over the phone which turned out to be the exact amount. The guy said they might not be able to make it out for a month or two but they ended up coming within a couple of days. I can't really judge the quality, but I know I had stuff growing out of the gutters and one day it wasn't visible any more so they did their job as far as I can tell.

I have 3 sets of sliders and storm windows too. I had the same window cleaner for 26 years, and he died last summer. I was looking for somebody in that same ballpark that I was paying him. I paid AAA Sparkling $260 - their price was $10 more than what I had paid this man. Some providers that I checked with wanted $600 or $700 for the job. They were fantastic. It was the cleanest my windows ever were. The two guys that came out were fast, clean and careful. They were punctual and worked without stopping. I can’t say enough good things about them. They cleaned both inside and out. I have storm windows too, and so it was actually 4 panes for each window. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future. Two of my friends were impressed with their work, and I referred him to them.

It went very well. I loved that when I scheduled it, he said they'd come sometime that week and I didn't need to be home; they'd just send the bill. Very easy.

They came within 1 week, as promised. I only have a small area with gutters, so it didn't take them very long to complete.

I wasn’t here when they came. The truth is that I haven’t gone up and looked at the gutters, and so all I can say is that they came when they were supposed to and did the work. They were very responsive. I didn’t have any problems with them. I have no idea how their price compares with others. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

Excellent service. Arrived 15 mins early, finished in about 40 mins. 3 courteous guys - took off shoes in the house. Fast. Windows look fabulous. Price lower than other window washers I've used, gutter cleaning also substantially lower.

They promptly left an estimate in writing on the day they said they would. They arrived on time, cleaned many windows quickly and well, and in a couple of hours. Pretty amazing. The windows look better than they have in years. I'm planning to get them to do this routinely.

Very pleased with this company. I was able to get immediate cost information when I called, and they scheduled a time to come and do the work within that same week. Cost was very reasonable compared to other vendors I checked, and I appreciate that they break it down into cost-per-window. Workers arrived on time, were speedy and did a great job. Dealing with the storms on my old windows proved to be no problem for them, and they did the work on ladders rather than power-washing from the ground (I was concerned this might damage some fragile shingles on my house). I will be calling this company again next time I need the windows cleaned.

I have always found them very responsive and good. We have a lot of trees so I have them clean the gutters quite often, but I also wanted the downstairs windows cleaned, and some gutters mended the last time. They did that very well. They are always good. They are very prompt to answer, and you usually get a voice. They say when they will come, and they come when they say. If they are going to be late they will call. The work has always been done well and efficiently.

They were a pleasure to deal with. I had scheduled the date several weeks in advance, but was concerned that if it rained that day they wouldn't be able to do the work. In fact, the company kept me informed all afternoon as to when to expect them. It did rain, but they managed to get the work done after that. They completed the job in about 1 1/4 hours with minimal intrusiveness.

I appreciated AAA's responsiveness and thought their pricing was great (compared to three other estimates). The job was scheduled two weeks out at a busy time. The day of I received a call saying the crew could come early. They were very courteous but were done in a flash. Three stories of windows and screens (exterior only) cleaned in half an hour. After they pulled away I could see the streaks they left in their haste. They also missed three small basement windows included in my estimate. Disappointing experience given AAA's other excellent reviews on Angie's.

I called AAA after i failed to have my gutters cleaned in the fall and they desperately needed to be cleaned. They came out the same day I called and I didn't have to be home. They did a great job and the responsiveness was great. They left a card with the amount due and it was within the estimate I was given. I will definitely call them in the fall.

We are happy with this company and have used them for years but downgraded a tiny bit in the scoring because last time they put a small hole in one of the screens by trying to remove it from the outside. (The hole wasn't discovered until weeks after the job had been done.) There was no compensation or offer to replace it when I reported that incident upon booking the work for this year.

They are faily priced and very responsive.

They did a wonderful job. The only thing they forgot and I forgot to ask for the $5 discount because I got them from Angie's List. I have used them for gutter cleaning and window washing before. They came on time and did not stay terribly long.

They did everything fine, but the price seemed high.

Excellent job...delightful employees...punctual...great gutter cleaning services also available but we didn't request them at this recent appointment.
