We have been using AAA for years. They have yet to provide anything other than superb service. They remind me of our twice-yearly "order" for cleaning, and are responsive when I ask for off-cycle cleaning. The arrive promptly on the scheduled day. The team chief is invariably polite. They ask whether to leave screens or storms down. Those who come inside the house remove their shoes without being asked. Those working outside are careful with their ladders and feet not to damage the gardens. Whatever they use for cleaning, it leaves behind absolutely no odor or residue. And when they are done, the windows do indeed sparkle.

We are repeat customers and were able to be fit into their schedule even though I called well into the fall. They keep records of how much we've paid in the past and haven't raised that price. The cleaners were very professional and polite and efficient.

They were highly recommended by a friend who used them, and we were very pleased by the results. They were booked out quite a ways, but they were prompt in arriving, were very professional and did a great job cleaning all the windows, screens and doors in our house. We will definitely use them again.

Very professional, friendly, and thorough. They had to reschedule twice due to weather, and the office was very good about calling to notify me ahead of time and working with me to find a new time.

Scheduled my house very quickly after I called. They did a great job of cleaning gutters and downspouts.

Unfortunately this company has deteriorated over the years. I am in a position to know as I have used their services for over twenty years- but never again! The workers and the owner were rude, , unwilling to do the job completely and overcharged me. They refused to dust clean the screens or the bottom of the metal window frame (not the inside wooden sill) ; a bit like going to the car wash and having them refuse to clean your roof or your tires. I strongly suggest you look for another company. Here are some more details. - The two team members showed up a half hour early at 7:30 am and rang the doorbell when the appointment was at 8 am. When I told them I would be ready for them at the appointed time, they told me if I was not, they would leave! - then when they came in the house, I asked to take them around to show them the various windows and what they needed to do in terms of particular access etc. The fellow was furious sand said? I don?t have time for this. I know how to do my job?. - When I saw them cleaning ,I saw they were not cleaning the base of the window frame ( not the inside sill) which was filthy. I also saw that they were not wiping the screens . When I asked them to do that they said they would charge $3.00 extra to wash the screens and that they don?t clean the bottom of the window frame! - Then upstairs, they were unwilling to clean a skylight window that has been cleaned every year ; and they were unwilling to use a ladder to clean a higher up window in the studio that has been cleaned every year. - When I saw all this, I called the office and asked to speak to the manager /owner who was clearly there , but I was told he was not and would have to call me back. When I called back, I did get to speak with him ,but I was sorry to have done so: instead of trying to reassure me , a long time customer, he started to insult me and say that I was the problem. Too bad that I want the window cleaning company to dust the screens and clean around the frame and clean the same windows they have cleaned in years past !He threatened to have his guys walk away from the job and not finish! -Then when the job was done they handed me a bill that was larger than the one the office had said the job would cost. It was only when I called the office again they the office manager said, no, it was a mistake and I should only pay what they had quoted me. - When the worker left, he said don?t call me to come back next year. I assured him I most certainly would not!

I called for gutter cleaning and setting up an appt was easy. It's so nice to actually get someone live and not talk to a machine. I was told that they'd come within two weeks. A crew came in about a week and a half. They were quick, efficient, and did an excellent job on our really full, nasty gutters. We used AAA a few years back, and we'll definitely use them again.

The crew of two arrived about 20 minutes early (7:40 for an 8:00 am start) and they proceeded to tour the house to get the overall feel of the job. I pointed out three stained glass windows that are too rickety to clean; they agreed. They started by removing all the screens and taking them outside to power wash with our hose. Then they used ladders to reach third and second-story windows, cleaning the outsides first. Then they did interior, then replaced screens. They managed to open some storm windows that no one had previously conquered, which was amazing. They were focused, efficient, and worked solidly for about 3.5 hours. The house looks so much better--unbelievable! I want to get this done every year now.

AAA Sparking did an excellent job. Our windows are totally clean. They handled all of our storm windows, and even a difficult to access window in an inaccessible part of our third floor -- the guy used his arm like a snake: amazing! The workers were polite and prompt.

I have used this company before and would certainly do so again. This particular job was done by a three-person crew. It was clear how much pride they took in their work: they were punctual, courteous, careful, and thorough. I've never priced window-cleaning, but AAA Sparkling's price for gutter cleaning has been consistently lower than other estimates over the years. It has always been easy to reach someone in the office to schedule new work. It is advisable, however, to book months ahead, since their calendar often fills up before a cleaning season is over.

AAA had been performing gutter cleaning for me for several years before winter. They were responsive though busy. Usually scheduling out a few weeks. They did a good job. There was a period around the last time I used them when I could not reach them on the phone and when I finally did, they were too jammed up to actually do any work that season. Consequently, I switched cleaners and most recently installed top rated gutter guards that held up trough this brutal winter and are in excellent condition with clean gutters. No more cleaning for, hopefully, many years.

I like them very much. They come and do it when they say they are going to do it. The price seems reasonable to me. I have used them for years. I don’t have anybody to compare them to.
