AAA Sparkling Window & Gutter Cleaning

Great job, nice guys. Conscientious attention to detail. Cleaned not only windows, inside and outside, but also screens and interior sills. Came on time, finished when expected. And the identical price for the same job as five years ago (!) Also, the person who does the scheduling on the phone was extremely nice about multiple reschedulings due to changes in my schedule. Overall, very professionall.

I called and asked them for an estimate. They said they would come out the following week and they never did. In the end I found it easier just to wash the windows myself.

I've used AAA windows many times and it's always easy. They come right on time and are quick, neat and efficient. They ask about storms and how you want them, open or closed, when they are done.

Not only were they punctual for giving an estimate, they were early and speedy on day of service.A rare commodity theses days, and very well appreciated. Will call this company again.

They were great. They called when they were unable to come due to rain and rescheduled. On the day they cleaned my windows the guys were early (called to make sure that it was OK) and were very pleasant.

We had used this company previously to decent results. However this year they completely dropped the ball. After promising to provide an estimate for window and gutter cleaning they never responded to three follow up calls we made. Go figure!?

The work went fine. My wife was there and she said that they were really nice. The windows looked very clean. We had used them before and so, we hired them back. Their estimate is reasonable and they do it for a fixed cost. The people that work for them seem very friendly and trustworthy. When they showed up to clean the windows in the fall, there was an amazing torrential downpour. So, they didn’t clean the windows that day. We then had a gutter backed up and apparently one of the guys does gutter work. So, he took the thing apart and cleaned it out in the rain so that it wouldn’t cause water to spray all over. He didn’t do it with the expectation of receiving any payment, but I gave him a $20 bill. I was grateful to him for helping us. Then he came back to clean the windows. They were a nice crew.

They cleaned inside and out, on the second floor. There prices were reasonable and the work was excellent. Most people would turn the job down, but they were more than willing to do it.

I've been using them for 15 years and they are good. We have a lot of windows and I call them once a year. They are responsive, professional and does good quality work. They do a pretty good job. The first time things weren't perfect except the last year. Many people don't put the screens back. There are little things that you need to go over yourself. The previous year's I'd had to do that.

I contacted this company in late October for a window washing estimate on our 2 family home. When I called I asked re: if I was "too late" for window cleaning since we were headed into November. The person I spoke to said, no, they did window washing as far into the winter as they can, weather permitting (ie. if it was snowing, they don't do windows). They did come out within a few days and left an estimate. I decided to go with this company b/c I was under the impression they could do our windows this year. Another company I called had the good intention and professional courtesy to say they weren't taking any more jobs b/c they were all booked up. AAA Sparkling Windows booked our appointment for 12/15. I asked if that was too late and did they really do windows that late in the season. They said yes, but they could call me if they had any last minute cancellations. On Sat. 12/4 at 8:20 in the morning I received a call saying they had a last minute cancellation for Monday, 12/6. I said, great, we will take it. They were going to come out at 8:00 AM. On Sunday, I prepped the house. With 2 small children (1 who spent the day at the Emergency Department due to a medical emergency) and a Tenant downstairs, this included moving lots of stuff from the window areas, window sills, unplugging electrical stuff and computer equipment by windows, and having our tenant remove the plastic wrap he had put up on the windows for winter. On Monday, 12/6 at 7:45, my husband received a call saying they weren't going to do the windows because it was TOO COLD and that they would have to "play it by ear". I called back to inquire about this since I specifically asked about this when I secured this company for the job. I asked them how cold was too cold to do the windows. I was told that they can't do the windows whenever it was below 40 degrees and today with the wind chill it was about 15 degrees. I said, well, since it's December and it's only getting colder, it's unlikely it's going to happen this winter. The person corrected me saying, "that's not true, we do get some breaks in the weather". I informed him that I spent a few hours getting the house ready for them and that I can't "play it by ear". Also, you are supposed to be home when they do your windows, and to take the morning, or day off from work without being informed that basically it's a "play it by ear" situation (when I asked VERY SPECIFICALLY TWICE), actually cost me money. Furthermore, our Tenant will have to put up his plastic sealant back up, which we told him we would re-imburse him for. I would have appreciated an honest answer to my questions about how late was too late to do window washing (ie, I had to ask when they cancelled how cold was too cold to wash windows when he said it was 15 degrees with the wind chill). If he had informed me when I got the estimate that basically, in the winter, it's a "play it by ear" situation, I would not have planned to do the windows this year. I lost money in lost wages, time in preparation and was actually inconvenienced by this experience. Our tenant was also inconvenienced by this experience.

They showed up sooner than expected. They told me it might be up to two weeks but the workers were in the area and they got my in within two days of when I called. This is the second year that I have used them. I was happy with them. I would recommend them and will probably use them again next year.

They were pleasant and informative on the phone. Called well ahead (2 days) when they had to change the time and then did show up exactly on time on the day of service. The 2 gentleman were friendly, professional and did a great job. One even played with my 4 month old son for a few minutes so I could check out the final results. Overall excellent!

Amazing! They were there waiting when I got there (5 minutes before scheduled time). They were incredibly professional, climbed over all my junk (we had just moved in) and got all the windows done in less than 1/2 hour. When they were done, my 9 year old said, "I hope no birds fly by; they won't know there's a window there!" I would definitely do this again. Having the windows professionally washed made all the difference in our new home. AAA did a totally fantastic job--hire them!

The windows were very dirty and the guys did a great job cleaning both the interior and exterior windows as well as the storm windows. It was a big job and they worked quickly and quietly leaving little trace except sparkling clean windows.The office called ahead to let me know the crew would be a little early. The price was exactly the same as the estimate. I would without question use AAA again.

We've used them twice. The first time, about a year ago, everything went very smoothly. The second time, they failed to show up after I scheduled them and I had to call to reschedule. They apologized and said they were really busy, but didn't offer a discount or any other consideration. The crew did come out then and cleaned the gutters but they just threw most of the junk down on the lawn without cleaning up afterward. I'm sorry to say it's not the level of service I expected from such a highly rated company.

I called for a gutter cleaning and was told that they would come by some time in the next week. After two weeks of waiting, I called back and found out that they had somehow forgotten about me. However, to their credit, they had a crew at my house less than two hours later. I gave then a B on Responsiveness, Punctuality and Professionalism due to forgetting about me for two weeks. Otherwise, once I called back, I would give them an A. They did good quick work. I plan to continue using them in the future.

I was able to get an appointment and an estimate within a reasonable period of time. There was a two man crew that arrived on time and did the job quickly and professionally. The charge was exactly the same a s the estimate. I will definitely hire them again.

The windows look great but the cleaners left the cleared away dirt/bugs/leaves in the sills--they're a mess.

It was an excellent experience and they were on time.

Two persons showed up and spent half-hour. After they left, I found that the job was not done correctly. There were lots of dirt and some leaves left in the gutters. They did not use bag to keep the leaves or dirt, instead, they just threw leaves to the ground. I had to pick up the leaves from the ground after they left. Some of the leaves got into my air conditioner which were very hard for me to take them out. I called AAA Sparkling and left a phone message. Next day (today), the two same guys showed up again and re-did the job without additonal charge. I was considering to hire them to clean my windows, but I changed my mind now after this.

Two men arrived on time and worked continuously for 3.5 hours. Removed shoes for inside work and carefully put furniture/plants back next to windows after cleaning. Work performed meticulously, even from the edge of a 3rd floor ladder. All aspects of double-hung windows cleaned. Windows have never been so clean!

They did a great job. I called them, they were very responsive, cleaned the gutters, did not make a mess, and followed up with an invoice by mail.
