These companies court you when they are starting a business, then drop you once established. I live in a cape style home. It's the second start up company that has done same after a few years of business with you. It becomes clear that capes are dropped once they become a larger business

Description of Work: They cleaned the insides and outsides of all my windows...and made them sparkle! They also brushed down the screens. Speed, responsiveness, and efficiency were the highlights. The guys worked considerately around my life on the inside and were careful to not trample anything outdoors. I don't have the windows done annually so the date is approximate. Time flies; it could have been 2012, but I don't think so. :)

Description of Work: Terrific service! I neglected to get my gutters cleaned last year since I put in gutter covers. However, due to to all the rain this summer, the gutters were clogged. These guys came right away and did a great job.... very thorough and professional. I plan to use them again at the end of November to clean my gutters after all the leaves fall.

Description of Work: Called to get an estimate on cleaning wood gutters in a home we recently moved into in Newton, MA. Within a day or two an estimate was prepared and left in the mailbox after a visit to the house to inspect the proposed work. After I gave the go ahead they were there the next day to do the work. They cleaned the gutters that were a mess and cleaned up after themselves removing all the debris that was gathered from the gutters. They left the bill for the work in the mailbox. They will come back in a few weeks to put linseed oil on the gutters. So far we have been very satisfied. Good job to AAA and Angie's List.

Description of Work: These folks cleaned windows at my office for years and were great, so I tried them at home. Wow-great service. They did it all fast, inside and out, and the windows looked great. The price was reasonable and exactly as quoted. When they got here, I asked the owner about adding to the job-to do the large louvered windows on a sun porch. I had not asked for that room to be included in original job, as it was such a big job that I thought I didn't want to pay for it. On the spot, I was quoted $30 to add it to the job-a bargain! In addition, they also offered to clean all the gutters at the same time as the windows(as they were bulging with leaves). For $60 more, they did this job too.

Description of Work: I have fourteen windows, including one set of patio doors (no storms). The charge was (approximately) $8 per window and $2 per screen. (I'm not sure if they gave me the Angie's discount.) The two men who came were polite, efficient, fast, and not messy. As in other reports, they took their shoes off while in the apartment. We live on a high third floor of an apartment building; despite my doubts, they were able to use ladders for the outside of the windows. My only concern was the cleaning of the screens. To me, cleaning screens means using soap, water, and a brush. Instead, the men shook the screens and wiped them with a dry cloth. I'm not sure how clean they got them. Will find out with the first rain.
