They looked great! They were punctual and efficient!

They had our home on file from a previous homeowner, so there was no need to even come out for an estimate - one was immediately provided on the telephone. Price was totally reasonable. They came sometime when I was away, during a negotiated timeframe. The work seems good as far as I can tell. Highly recommend!

The exterior glass on my house windows was covered in stain (left from another vendor) and nearly impossible to remove. AAA sent a special crew to handle the job after their first crew was unable to remove the dried stain. Beautiful! and VERY professional.

Everything went well. The crew arrived on time, took care of their tasks efficiently and made sure to leave things as they found them -- except the dirty windows were now clean. We've used this window cleaning service for about a decade and will continue to use them in the future.

They have been cleaning my gutters for years and always do a great job. They are thorough and don't leave a mess behind. They are coming out in the next week or so do some additional work with the gutters and windows.

Suggest calling to book your spring cleaning in January, so you are on the books! Then when that morning in May comes, like today, the sun comes streaming thru your windows and it is so incredibly refreshing!

I have used them for years because they do a nice job and are very convenient. I schedule them in advance for a particular week in the fall, then they show up and do the job. I do not need to be home when they come; they just leave me an invoice in the mail box.

This company has become totally unreliable. They cleaned my gutters twice a year for more than 10 years and also cleaned the windows. This Fall, they scheduled a gutter-cleaning appointment in late September for the first week of December and never showed up, despite the fact that I called 5 times, starting a few days before that week and through the middle of the week after. They never returned any of my five calls. I usually try to be at home when they come to clean the gutters because if I'm not, they throw the stuff from the gutters onto the shrubs around the house and on the ground, and they sometimes walk on the gutters, which loosens them and is also very dangerous for the workers. My advice--Stay away from them for both gutter cleaning and window-washing!

Have these guys gone out of business or been bought by someone? I have used them for 10+ years - today they told me they don't want my business because they are booked up for the season? Last guy would say the same thing - then show up the next day.

They are prompt, do a thorough job. Top rate.

I called the late mid week before the 4th of Jul, which was the following Wednesday and spoke with a man who said they would get out and give me an estimate by the 3rd. I never heard back from them and called on Friday 7/6 to see what was up. I got a different man and I asked him how much and if they would just come out and do it. He said it would be $150 and I asked about a senior discount and he said he would check with his guys once they saw the house probably by the end of the week. They came the following Tues 7/10. They disconnected the drainpipes from the water barrels as requested and hooked them back up. The workers used leaf blowers and flushed the gutters. They cleaned of the paved areas and patio but left the crusts of pollen/leaf bits in the grass and bushes. No problem really we compost yard waste. If it had been wet, I would have wanted the slop taken out to the compost pile. Overall it good job. The workers were polite and professional. I hope to use them again. I would like to keep a local, responsible company that can show up and does not insist on a "service". We have too many trees- oaks and maples that drop at different times in varying amounts to not be able to call as needed. And the age old complaint, It's a little frustrating that prices (a NE chain, a roof co, an individual) stared out around ~$75 in 2007 and keep going up by ~5% each year in a recession.

I contacted AAA Sparkling at a very busy time of the year for a gutter cleaning company - late November. They weren't able to do the job immediately, but promised to be there sometime within the next two weeks. That was OK with me, but I asked if they would please contact me an hour or so before coming so that I could move cars parked next to the house. They person who scheduled the job said ok, but in a somewhat casual way. I drove by the house one morning a couple of weeks after calling the company and was surprised to see a crew working on the gutters. They hadn't called me. This wasn't a good start, but the crew chief was very pleasant and the workers seemed to be doing a thorough job at heights I wouldn't risk for any price. They left the yard clean. They did a thorough job for a very good price and were pleasant to deal with. I understand why they work the way they do, trying to cluster jobs to minimize travel expenses, never knowing until just before the job where they will be working that day, but I did want to be there when they did the work and had asked for notice... I don't know whether this was a slip up or the company simply doesn't call before coming and didn't want to tell me that clearly from the start.

We have used AAA for many years for gutter cleaning and occasional window cleaning. Since the period of time for cleaning gutters in the fall before snow falls can sometimes be short, they get very busy during that time, but they will come whenever they can once you call. They do the work quickly and unobtrusively.

Cleaned wood gutters but sometimes didn't oil them because of weather; did not explain to me that they should return when weather improved to make sure they get oiled. Gutters rotted and had to be completely replaced. They gave me no notice that the gutters were rotting. Window cleaning was done properly.

Excellent experience! The owner returned my phone call promptly, set up an appointment, and sent the crew at the appointed time. They were friendly and respectful, climbing to significant heights to do the job properly. Afterwards, they cleaned up all the debris (and there was lots of it!) and put in my compost pile as I had asked them to do. A pleasure to deal with!

I have used them in the past and they are really good. They are professional. I would recommend them to others. Their quality is excellent. I have used them a couple of times already and would use their services again in the future.

They were here before and the price was right. They were very courteous and I wanted to hire them again because they were excellent. He is not cleaning windows until the spring time because he doesn’t have enough window cleaning staff right now.

Excellent! In about 40 minutes they did all 14 windows and 2 doors and cleaned gutters on both sides. Reattached downspout. Very pleasant guys - took their shoes off in the house. Left no mess.

We've used AAA to clean our windows many times over the past 10+ years and have never had a problem. They return calls promptly, schedule the work within a reasonable time (a week or two) and arrive on time. They occasionally call me to see if they can come early, but are very respectful of the fact that it might not work for me. The guys who clean the windows remove their shoes before entering the home, are usually pretty good about avoiding the landscaping with their ladders, and are always friendly, responsive and polite. They even tolerated my exuberant barking dog without a problem. I think their price was very reasonable. The windows look great and I will call them again next time.

A disaster. They cleaned the windows (not the screens, sills, crevices) and left all the dirt in the sills for me to clean up. The windows were streaked. Some of the divided panes were not even done. The worst was where the screens meet--debris not cleaned out and if it was, it fell to sill and was left. What a mess!

Pros:They arrived on time, worked very hard and were pleasant and professional. The team leader spent quite a bit of time reviewing and pricing each window before the job was started. I thought the pricing was fair. He was also up front about which windows might not look as clean as they are old and have scratches from the screens. I felt that I had realistic expectations about the job outcome due to the time he spent reviewing everything. We have a lot of windows so they were there for a number of hours. Cons: We have funny old sliding windows that need to be taken apart to get to the inside and storm windows. There was one or two that wasn't put back in the correct order. Although in most places they put down towels to prevent water drips, some dirty water spots on light carpeting from cleaning a very large picture window over the stairs. I would definitely have them come back. I would make sure that I had adequate towels and drop cloths available to protect specific areas as they don't provide these.

This is the second time I've used AAA, and I will call them again next year. They are prompt, polite, and do a great job cleaning the windows inside and out. It was showering when they began their work and they asked me if it was OK with me for them to continue. They moved inside and changed their usual process when thunder and lightning appeared. Fortunately my husband was home and we removed the AC window units in the bedrooms, so that they could get to all of the windows.
