AAA Sparkling Window & Gutter Cleaning

I called and they came and gave an estimate. I called back and set a date for them to start. They arrived on time and finished on time and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with their work.

The windows were so clean that my housekeeper asked for the name of the company, so she could recommend them to other clients of hers.

They responded quickly to my call. In fact, someone actually answered the phone when I called. They scheduled me within a week and were on time. They took about three hours to do over 30 windows inside and out, worked quietly, and the windows looked wonderful. The final cost matched the original price which was very competitive and reasonable. I will definitely use them every year.

These guys are fast, efficient, unobtrusive- they cleaned while our family of 5 was in the house and weren't in the way at all (which is more than I can say for our 7-year-old). There was a scheduling glitch which they went out of their way to remedy (I had them in my calendar for a week earlier than they had on their schedule). We don't know which of us made the error, but at no point did they say "Well, you had it wrong"- instead, they squeezed us in on the weekend without compromising the quality of the job at all.

Sparkling called to confirm that they would be arriving when we had scheduled. 2 guys turned up on time, spoke English, did the job very well, very quickly (an hour and a half), left no mess, and were considerate of my toddler who wanted to help... Very pleased with the service and the $8 per window flat fee. I will use them again.

The appointment was rescheduled due to rain. The crew showed up on time (actually early), were very professional including taking off their shoes while they were inside. While they were on the third floor, they were able to clean the outside of the roof skylights. They spent extra time on a couple of very tough windows. I felt the price was very reasonable and their work was top notch. I can't imagine being able to do the same level of work myself. The company did also call the night before to confirm the appointment.

I was very pleased with the whole experience from my initial call to the work done. I did not need to be home, when the workmen came. They came, when they said they would, and did a very good job. The cost of the work was very reasonable, particularly since some of the gutters are not easy to reach. I would hire them again with great pleasure.

Enda (I think that was his name) returned my call immediately and scheduled a cleaning within two days. Two men came and did the work within two hours. They removed none of the windows (my first-floor window-removal situation is delicate) and did a first-rate job on everything. Because I told them not to remove any of the air-conditioners they couldn't get at some of the windows which was OK by me. I had removed a lot of stuff from a first-floor window seat: they replaced everything - all delicate percussion instruments - exactly as they had been placed before. I can't say enough good for these guys. Courteous, kind, efficient and thoroughly professional. I speak fluent Spanish, but both guys also spoke fluent English. The price was right. I'll hire this company again in a heartbeat.

THEY CAME QUICKLY TO MAKE AN ESTIMATE AND CAME ON TIME TO DO THE WORK .THEY WERE EASY TO SCHEDULE AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE TEAM OF THREE WERE VERY RESPECTFUL AND CAPABLE. I WAS WORRIED BECAUSE I WOULD NOT BE THERE TO INSPECT THE JOB WHEN THEY FINISHED, BUT IT LOOKS GREAT! I WOULD CERTAINLY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

Fantastic work. I received an estimate within days of calling & the windows were cleaned to perfection. There was no trace that they had been through the entire house other than very clean windows (many of which are 12 over 12). Would use this service again without question.

Originally, I thought it would take 5-6 days before they could get to the work, but a crew crew arrived in about 2 days (which was great b/c it was pouring rain and the gutters were badly clogged.)

The company was responsive and prompt. They even showed up on a Sunday to clean our gutters! The cleaning took only a few minutes and was clean and efficient.

I called them & they showed up to clean my gutters & downspouts 2 days later, even though it was raining pretty heavily. My downspouts work again. I was very impressed with their speed & professionalism, & their price seemed quite fair. I don't really know what they could have done any better.

AAA was terrific. I called at 12 noon because a major rainstorm was coming. They said they could do the cleaning within two days, but even better, they did it that very afternoon just ahead of the ongoing rain. Although I didn't go up on the roof, it seems like they did a very good job, and my gutters were not overflowing despite a torrential downpour.

I called for first time service on a Monday, and received *same day* gutter cleaning. The workers were courteous, answered my questions, and cleaned up after themselves. The person who took my appointment followed through and called to let me know when they would arrive--as promised. This could not have been a better experience. I highly recommend this company.
