AAA Sparkling Window & Gutter Cleaning

Excellent! That is what I have to say of their work and organization. On calling, someone answered right away, a real person not a recording. They scheduled me for about two weeks later. Two men arrived at appointed time, took off their shoes on entering the house (yes! They actually do this!), quickly and efficiently cleaned the fourteen windows as well as the full screens on each window. It took about one hour. The cost was $8 per window no matter what size (I have four small windows with screens in the cellar). Each set of French doors was $16, each door the equivalent of one window. I was so pleased with their work and efficiency that I called the office right after they left and told the company how pleased I was. I don't know if this is a good price or not, but it was worth it to me. I highly recommend Sparkling Window Cleaning. I chose them by reading other member comments recommending them. I will definitely use them again.

I received a confirmation call a day prior to the appointment and the crew showed up 10 minutes early and went right to work. The windows in the house were really dirty, as they hadn't been cleaned in years. They were spotless when completed by the very efficient, professional and pleasant crew (they even took off their shoes when they were inside the house and even their truck was clean). The experience with the gutter cleaning was the same, absolutely perfect! They even re-secured some downspouts that had become detached from the gutters. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation, and will use them from now on. I won't go this long without having the windows cleaned either. What a difference!

The company called me ahead of time to let me know they were running late. They gave me an updated 1/2 hour window and arrived right on time. The workers did an exceptional job. They removed their shoes when working in the house and let me know of any problems with any windows. I highly recommend them.

From the time I called until the work was done, I could not have been more pleased. Everyone I saw and spoke with was very polite and hardworking. I don't envy anyone the job of cleaning our windows or gutters, as we have a very old house with all kinds of different window vintages. The company even recommended a place for us to get some screens repaired, and some storm windows replaces that they use themselves. The bill for these services was the same as the one I had from four years ago. I happily paid it. The staff had arrived early due to a cancellation, and called first to see if it was okay with us. After the job, the leader of the team thanked us for letting them come early. All in all a great experience.

Arrived exactly on time, courteous and really fast. Carefully peeled my kids pictures off the windows before cleaning them. Took their shoes off when inside. Really good job, nice people. Will use again.

After I placed the call they visited the house. Provided me with an estimate which seemed within the range I had researched. Two men arrived within a few days of my call. They did exactly as they had been asked. They were polite, respectful of my personal space, furniture and the foundation plantings. They worked efficiently and did an excellent job. I was extremely pleased with the results and would hire them again.

Good price, but didn't take windows off tracks and therefore would not be able to guarantee getting rid of the hornet nests that were in the tracks. Were quite professional and to the point over the phone.

Sparkling Window Cleaning is what I think of as an A+ company. They were able to finish their work within a couple of hours if not less. They were very nice and the whole time the kept their professionalism. Every window was to my satisfaction and will hire them again if I need them.

I called and spoke with Steve, and an appointment was set for my preferred week, between 2-3 pm. Two cleaners arrived at 1:50 pm and were here a little over two hours. They were very nice and did a great job. I hadn't had the windows cleaned for several years, and I "clearly" won't go that long again before I have them done again! The one suggestion I'd make is for each cleaner to keep a razor scraper in his back pocket to scrape off the occasional paint or stain drop that inevitably winds up on the outside of windows.

They responded quickly with a quote and showed up when they said they would. The two guys were very nice. They even took their shoes off in the house. They did a fantastic job and finished in about two hours.

The first time I used the company, in the summer, the crew arrived on time and cleaned the gutters. They also noted some problems with the holes for the downspouts. They hooked me up with a repairman who fixed the gutters and also fixed a leak in my roof. The 2nd time I used the company (this fall) they again arrived on time. They cleaned the gutters and fixed another problem with one of my downspouts sagging and clogged. The crew lead inserted a couple of screws to fix the downspouts. The crew was fearless going up a ladder 3 stories high.

I called and asked to make an appointment for a specific day. Although this was a little different than their normal approach, they met our needs and agreed to that day and provided a two hour window of when they would arrive. I was given an estimate over the phone of $80-$120 and was told the crew would make a final determination upon arrival based in some fashion on house height, amount of gutters to clean, etc. The 3-man crew arrived within the promised window. I was handed a bill for $120 once the crew hopped out, and although satisfied with the service, I remain mystified as to exactly how gutter cleaning pricing is determined. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned all the gutters, as well as clogged downspouts. The crew cleaned up after themselves. They also made an effort to reattach loose gutters.

They came on Saturday a week before they promised. They were very fast and the gutters look fine. My only complaint is that they dumped some muck from the gutters onto a gravel walkway where they are difficult to clean up.

It went fine. I called, and because they were a bit backlogged, they told me that someone would come with in two weeks. It was sooner than that, I did not have to be home and they just left the bill. Very convenient, and a good price comparatively speaking.

After noticing that the work was not done at the end of the scheduled week, I called them. I was told that they don't service my area and that the person shouldn't have scheduled the job. I understand mistakes, but couldn't someone have called to let me know during the 3 weeks time between my call and the end of the week during which the work was supposed to be done? Now I'm scrambling for someone else to come.

They returned my call promptly, scheduled a date for the work that suited my schedule, came when they said they were coming. (It was not necessary that I be home.) I gave them a check but they would have left a bill if I hadn't been home. They didn't leave any mess.

Not responsive - kept telling me they would come out for an estimate but never did. Waited over 2 weeks. Very unprofessional.

Very efficient and considerate when going in and out of our home. They were thorough and did an excellent job. A previous contractor refused to service our gutters because of the height of the building.

The workers arrived right on time and were very nice. The windows were so dirty that I had forgotten what the outdoors looks like through glass. After they finished, I discovered there's a beautiful world to be seen outside! The windows are now so clean that you almost can't see the glass. I love looking out.
