AAA Sparkling Window & Gutter Cleaning

I called to set up service and perhaps a week later (we were getting tons of rain which I am sure delayed them) I came home to find a bill in my mailbox and clean gutters that now flow.

I would say it went very well. I have a large house and are very reasonable for the amount of work they did. I have used this company in the past and pricing this year was a little different than before. They are very responsive. They above and beyond what can be expected to be done.

They came, they smiled, were personable, went right to work and washed the windows. When they were done, they said good bye and left - I am so enjoying my clear view through the windows!

I had to call this company twice for the same job. The first time they cleaned the gutters and sent a bill for $130. A rainfall the same week as the "cleaning" proved that they did not clean the gutters. Our money was returned. I called a different gutter cleaning service and coincidentally, it's the same company with another name. A crew of 3 was sent to clean the gutters. Total time at my home was about 13 minutes; 8 of those minutes was spent with my garden hose that was too short, flushing the gutters. I have a large tree on one side of the house and those gutters needed more attention. It was not a complete job. Would never recommend them.

It didn't take a long time to schedule an appointment with them. They did a nice job. They were very professional. I like that it was easy to understand them clearly.

Called in early July and was told someone would come to make an estimate and leave it in my mailbox. After a week, I had received nothing. I called again and once more was told that someone would be out to make an estimate and leave it in my mailbox. It is now more than a week later and I have received nothing.

I called them and they said they'd be out in a few days but after a week and a half no one came. I called and they said in about two days and still nothing happened after a few days. So I called again and they said they would come out Sunday and still no one came. They wasted a month of my time.

They were prompt and accurate and the price was reasonable and I went with them because we looked them up on Angie's List and our neighbors used them, also.

They were very good. Their price was the most reasonable. It cost $8 a window.

They are reasonable, punctual and very efficient.

They arrived on time to do the worked asked of them. They were professional while they were working. They were courteous and kind. I would use them in the future. The quality of their work was good. I would recommend them.

Scheduling was very easy; the person on the phone was pleasant and professional. Three men arrived on time (despite having trouble locating my condo which is hard to find!), took off their shoes when entering the house, and cleaned all the windows in my condo, inside and out, including the storm windows. They were very fast and courteous, and when they were done the windows were indeed sparkling! My old windows have some stains, which they explained, but I was amazed how clean they were able to get them! Very satisfied! I thought the price was quite reasonable.

Called them around Thanksgiving, but the cold weather got in before they could get to me (November is their busy season). They called me every three weeks until the weather warmed up enough to get the job done (early January). I appreciated them letting me know that they hadn't forgotten my job. When they came around, they did a great job, even with a three-story downspout which had been partially blocked. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I called; they came within 2 days; did the work without my being there; and left. They were complete, prompt, and courteous. They left a bill that was larger than agreed on, and they immediately called on their own to correct it. Couldn't ask for better service.

Went very well. The day scheduled was a very rainy day. They called and we rescheduled for a week later. Early on the second scheduled day they called and said they would be about an hour later than the scheduled hour. They arrived about one half hour later. They were very efficient, were very neat and clean, and finished quickly. After they finished they pointed out to us several defects between the double panes (they are all thermal windows). There were a couple that had small smudges of silicon inside that happened during manufacturing. Also a couple of places where caulk was oozing out from around the edges of the window. When they finished the windows were sparkling clean.

Straightforward, he was on time, easy to schedule, did the job, and was on his way. The windows looked good when they finished.

The company gave me an estimate over the phone when I made the appointment. They called to confirm the appointment a couple of days beforehand, then called me at 8:00 a.m. the day of the appointment to re-schedule because it was pouring rain. I appreciated the fact that they called me and didn't leave me hanging. They showed up promptly at the appointed time and went right to work. I was very impressed that they took off their shoes whenever they were inside the house. They thoroughly washed the windows, including the storms, and true to their name, the windows were sparkling clean! I would absolutely use them again and already recommended them to a friend, who hired them and had the same wonderful experience.

I was very impressed with the service. They were able to get in and out and everything thing was done perfectly. They got into all of the little nooks and crannies of the windows. I was very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very very pleased. The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were so pleasant. They were also happy and seemed to be pleased to be at my house. The work was magnificent...my windows are so clean that I need sunglasses inside! They checked in with me along the way to make certain that I understood what they were doing, what the cost was, and that it was what I wanted. I would definitely use them again without hesitation. Great job!

He was very responsive. He answered the phone right away and came out to do the work in a timely manner. There were three of us neighbors having the windows cleaned at the same time, so he gave us a great price.

They were very prompt, reasonably priced, efficient, and took the initiative in every direction for a complete service. On a previous visit, I hired them to clean my windows. They suggested the cleaning of gutters were in dire need. I set up an appointment for them to come back and complete this. I was so pleased with the overall experience.

They are very meticulous. They informed me of any pre-existing problems that the windows had. They told me what they had repaired. I was very pleased. They did not leave drip lines behind. They are great.
