AAA Sparkling Window & Gutter Cleaning

It was uneventful. They showed up, did the job, left and the windows were clean.

It was a positive experience with them. They did a really good job and the price was very reasonable, so I d rate them high.

The company is very efficient and professional. I called at a busy time of year, but they put me on the schedule for two weeks later and came when they said they would.

The workers arrived right on time and explained the window washing process. They were careful when washing indoors and always removed their shoes. They pulled down the storms, too. They seemed to have a lot of experience with window washing. We will call them again.

My neighbor uses AAA, and had an appt. for early December. He told me I would not have to be at home (a plus since I work full time) and they would leave me an invoice when the job was done. I checked their ratings here on Angie's, then called end November and asked for service. I was hoping that they would do me when they came for my neighbor, but did not get that assurance. However, a week or so later, early December, I came home and found their invoice, and the work complete. I checked as many gutters as I could and am satisfied that AAA did a good job.

They came on time, worked around the contractors inside and outside the house, and cleaned the windows so well that we were afraid birds would fly into them.

They were unobtrusive, they took their shoes off, and did their job promptly and efficiently.

Excellent experience (as it has been in the past) from the scheduling call through the service itself. Polite and efficient workers. Arrived early but waited in their truck until the scheduled time.

Scheduled the visit about 6 weeks in advance, since they can be busy in late fall. Workers arrived early on the scheduled day, but waited in their truck until I returned (at the scheduled time) from taking kids to school. Work was completed quietly and efficiently. Workers removed their boots inside the house. Workers were very polite. Windows were not easy to work with but were very well cleaned. Workers also removed all screens for the winter without extra charge.

AAA is great. They most recently cleaned my gutters and while they did a good job, they accidentally didn't put one of the gutters back correctly. When I called to complain, the person answering the phone was very apologetic and sent someone out to my house immediately to fix the problem. I was very appreciative. I will continue to use their services.

AAA gave a surprisingly low quote, less than half the other three quotes I got. The said they would call me from the job site if it was going to be more, so I was a bit worried I was being set up. They scheduled the work within two days and as I expected, when they showed up, it was a bigger job than they had quoted. Nonetheless, the final price was very reasonable and in the end was still less than any of the other quotes.

Amazing. Two young men arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule, took their shoes off in the house, and completed the task in an hour and a half. Before they began, I asked if they cleaned the muntins as well as the glass, and they said, "We always do that." I was working in the basement while they did the job, came up to give them a check, looked through the windows and was thrilled. They got them cleaner than I ever did. They got the residue from the aluminum screens off the glass panes, which really made them "sparkle." It is a pleasure doing business with this company.

On the scheduled day, the crew arrived in good time and quickly removed the screens from the windows, but rain began just as they started the outside cleaning, so the job was postponed until the next day. A different crew came the next day. Like the first crew, they worked quickly and efficiently and the windows sparkled! They removed their shoes when they were in the house.

This is the second time I used the company to clean my gutters, and they arrived and did the work as promised. Some time later during a heavy rainstorm, my husband noticed that one of our gutters was clogged and rain water was pouring over it. My husband called the company and they said they would try to come by quickly even though they were booked due to heavy rain. Within 2 days we found the gutter draining completely and my husband was very impressed. This is the kind of service that earns special recognition in today's busy world.

They were very very good. It was only one person that came and he spent 6 hours here. He was very good and very clean. He did a very thorough job. He also cleaned the doors.

Best money I've spent on my house. They came out quickly, and promptly cleaned several large windows. I don't know what they did to those windows, but they looked incredible afterwards. My wife and I could not believe how clear they looked, and what an improvement to our house it was for such a low price. I'm going to call them every year.

I called on a Thursday and he told me he had a cancellation the next day if I wanted the time slot. I met the crew at the house during my lunch break. An hour later I could already tell how much of a difference the cleaning made. When I got home the windows were beautiful and everything was in tact! Well worth every penny.

Very easy. The first time I called a real person answered the phone and scheduled the appointment. They actually showed up early for the work, which was a small problem since it was during my daughters birthday party. They happily left and returned later. They do the work, leave an invoice and that's it.

They showed up 20 minutes early, and sat outside, not wishing to bother us, but I went out and told them they could start early. They cleaned each window carefully, inside and out. When they came inside, each would remove his shoes, so as to not track anything inside the house. They were neat, efficient and professional.
