They seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. We were happy with what they did.

They were much more professional than the previous company we used and we plan to use them annually.

While in the middle of a lengthy yard project, several old wells were discovered. One needed to be pumped out before being back filled. Wind River came right out and took care of it, allowing us to move forward with the job quickly.

Apart from a delay getting confirmation of the scheduled appointment time (the dispatcher evidently didn't come in until 9 and nobody else could give me the schedule) the service was excellent. The techs showed up on time, made a correct diagnosis, and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. The estimate was accurate and there were no games around the price. I have used Wind River to empty our tank for 20+ years and they have always been this good. This was the first time I used them to flush a blockage, though.

We usually pump out our septic tank every 2 years. We have been their customer since 2003. Very time before we had great experience with very professional treatment except this time. We usually get a call from them to remind us that's been 2 years. We got a call early in the week and they quoted slightly more than the last time about 350.00$. The access to the tank is underneath a blue stone patio and been so for the last 6 years and they know that, it's in their records. The service person who showed up acted very strangely and claimed that he did not know its underneath the patio. I explained to him and showed him which tile he need to remove to get to the tank. It's not complicated its straight forward and simple as the previous time went. But he kept complaining non stop and he wanted to charge me extra. He was very slow. Usually it takes less than an hour. Since he was complaining and moving very slowly end up taking close to 2.5 hour. He left a mess behind. he intentionally put back the blue tile uneven and left big pile of patio sand outside. He refused to finish the job correctly. It's unbelievable how careless he was with us. If this is how they treat their old customers then how they teat their new one. I am hiring people to fix the patio. I will never use them again.

Showed up at the beginning of 7-12am timeframe I was given. Quoted ~45 min to clean out full 1,000 gal tank, which was spot on. The tank was also inspected. Identified filter between tank and leaching field had failed. Strongly advised by technician to replace to avoid potential significant cost to replace leaching field. Felt like honest evaluation and without high pressure, given cell # of technician if my husband had any questions before deciding. Turnaround time to schedule and complete repair only a couple of business days.

Actual Day of Service went very well. Inspection was thorough and very professional. Guys worked hard!! Dealing with Customer phone service reps was Jekyll and Hyde. Brittany was fabulous, Barbara was a challenge to deal with.

Went as scheduled. Actually I knew I had scheduled with them, for the septic pumping, about the time they had told me I saw a truck go down the street, a few minutes later I looked out window to see the service man digging up my neighbors lawn. I ran over, thinking he was at the wrong house, but my neighbor had scheduled the same day. They told us if you can get three people on street then they will give a discount:) good to know

They were very professional. They arrived on time and finished in a little over an hour, with no problems.

They come on time. They do a really good job. They are neat, and they don't mess up your yard. They have septic cleaning and people dealing with the pipes. They do all of the work on time, and they are really good.

They are always courteous, prompt and professional. I find the price a little steep but am not sure other companies would charge less. In the past, they have tried to push product on me but not any more and I much appreciate the non-salesy approach. I will definitely continue to use Windriver and recommend them highly.

Very well. Wind River was able to send someone out on the same day. The technician, Mike W., was knowledgeable and very professional. He checked the access and asked for information about what had prompted the call to be sure he could assist with the problem. The pumping did not require long and he took time to check that we were getting a good flow from the drains into the tank. He replaced the caps to the system and gave very good advice on the care and schedule for maintaining the system as well as possible options if the problem recurred.

If you can't return phone calls or follow-up maybe they should be in another line of business

They treated me pretty good. They knew what they were doing. I was desperate and I had a problem that needed to be resolved right away. They were willing to come out quickly and that was a good thing. They fixed the problem but I don't know if the price was reasonable.

Found it quickly and performed the work with no problems.

They spent a substantial amount of time locating the tank. We had a general idea of where it was, but the tech was very patient about having to look for it. There are a lot of large boulders near the tank, so he had to dig several times before finding the cover. He didn't charge us extra for the extra time and effort. We were very pleased with the service and would definitely hire them again.

The service is good. I called them last year and they came the same day I called. The guy was very friendly and he did a professional job. They keep track of their customers well. They even sent me post card to let us know it had been a year since they came and offered to come again. They also deal with plumbing and piping services (clogged drains or any plumbing and piping issue).

We called them that morning when the toilet wouldn't flush and they said they would be there by 1 PM that same day. Andrew was there right on the dot and greeted me courteously, well dressed and clean. He checked out our septic and said that it was running as is should, so proceeded to located an access port that we didn't even know existed. He then cleaned out the main line in less then 30 minutes. We found that a rag was stuck from when we replaced the toilet. This all happened while someone was still sleeping inside. Andrew was truly professional, knowledgeable and obviously works for a company that cares. He even put us in the system so we would be called in a year to see if our system need to be emptied. The bill was right on from what was quoted earlier on the phone and there were no surprises.

WE HAVE BEEN USING WINDRIVER FOR MANY YEARS NOW AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. THEY ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHEN WE NEED THEM AND VERY PLEASANT.
