Description of Work: I had a foul odor coming from a vent pipe. I called around thinking there might be a septic backup. I called Wind River Environmental and they made me pay over the phone by Credit Card before coming out. The guy how came to the house was very nice, but did absolutely nothing. he checked to make sure water was draining and then left. He told me that because the odor was coming out of the pipe, I needed to replace the vent pipe. I felt completely ripped off by this company, I will never do business with them again.

Description of Work: We had a serious septic issue, turns out the previous owner did not have any work done to the system the whole time they owned it and the title 5 might as well have been tissue paper - worthless. Any way - we called the company that was supposes to have done work on the system and they were unavailable - shocker! Then I found Wind River!! Man what a difference in service. Long story short... these guys came out right away - no extra cost and fixed it. If you are on septic you should use these guys - AWESOME!

Description of Work: Serious communication issues between the 'technician' and the central office. The wrong guy was deployed initially, and then the right guy showed up 90 minutes after the appointed time, but he was coming a great distance and was a subcontractor. The work seems good. The price was outrageous but it was no diy job! (It cost double what the tech estimated the previous season.). They have you over a barrel, and it's not a clean barrel. I will likely go with someone else next time or try to get multiple quotes (but that's always hard with many septic issues).
