Customer house had serious structural damage caused by water infiltration over a period of years. After exposing the damage, I proposed a solution for correct repairs. Plan was executed properly. I would definitely perform services in the future for this customer.

Description of Work: I had one conversation with one of the brothers. I explained what i needed done and that was the end of it. Every time I called and left a message requesting a service date I never heard back. I called at least 6 or 7 times. I was not happy at all. Not one call was answered.

This was a straight forward repair. No issues came up during the repair. I would continue to work with {member name removed}. During the time I was contacted and work performed, we had record amount of snow, causing all sorts of delays and emergencies every where. I was involved in emergency situations which effected my scheduling.

The customer had some challenging situations with faucet shut off valves in the basement with poor access. In the event of an emergency where fast response is required, the valves could not be closed. Existing valves were removed, relocated and identified for easy access. I enjoyed working for this customer, and we shared knowledge and experiences.

We had been planning a kitchen rehab for a while and Siimons originally met with us to give us some ideas. We picked out and ordered the materials and coordinated with Simons on the delivery and installation. They were prompt and the whole job took around 2 1/2 days.
Description of Work: Kitchen rehab, new flooring, appliances, counters, sink, backsplash. Simons Brothers installed all materials expertly and in a timely manner. We were very happy with the outcome and would use them again.

The tenants were very happy with the quality of the work, although they complained about how long the work took and continuously tried to increase the scope of the project. I admired the contractor because he was able to communicate well with the tenants and run interference between me and them.
Description of Work: Performed numerous tasks in order to prepare the living space for tenants. Retiled floor; wall repair, painting, touch-up painting, re-caulked tubs; repaired window, cleaned carpets and oven; picked up materials and matched colors.

This was a uncomfortable situation between owner and tenant. As well as working on the repairs, I also provided interface communications between both parties. When working on tile project and 1 bathroom mold issue, I noticed 2nd bath room had similar issues and brought to tenants attention. I was not increasing scope of work, just pointing out to them. Tenants emigrated to the US and perhaps did not clearly understand my observations.
