They've always been timely and they've always did what they said they were going to do. We've always had good experiences with them.

The installation manager, Mark Dello Russo came to my house to give me an estimate for central air conditioning on April 28, 2010. He was on time and courteous. He told me he would be in touch within a few days with a quote. A month passed. I called the office. The person I talked to apologized for the delay and promised that Mark would give me a call. I am writing this on June 21st and I still have not been contacted by the anyone at Total Temperature Control.

I like them a lot. They are very professional and they do excellent work.

They are very good and I like them. The system they installed was very good. They seem to do what I want them to do. The only complaint I have is that it took them a couple of visits for them to get rid of a chemical smell once.

The house was built in the winter and they didn't put freon in. I called them to put freon in and a guy named Steve came out. They put you on the clock as soon as they arrive. Steve came out 3 times and sat in the truck for at least an hour while I was on the clock. The fourth time I said not to send Steve. The new guy went upstairs and there was water leaking through the attic and causing mold. They said it must be the pipes so I had to contact a plumber. He recommended another air conditioner company and within 15 minutes they figured out that Total Temperature put the pan in backwards so the water went in the house, instead of outside. I called the manager to complain. I explained that Steve was padding the bill by sitting in the truck. The manager said to send him the bill and he would take care of it. I got no response from them.

They sent me a junior employee, who made a completely wrong diagnosis. He was on the phone the entire time he was working. And I had to pay time and a half. After I pointed out the problems to the supervisor he also was very unhelpful and did not attempt to solve the problems. After getting a second opinion I do not have to change all my condenser pipes which this company told me was the problem.

We have used their services before. It went very well. They are very prompt, come when they said the would and followed up after. They are very customer service friendly.

Although I cannot remember exactly what the price was off hand, I do remember they were very reasonable and the job that they did fixed the problem nicely. I wouldn t hesitate to use them again if I had to and recommend their service most assuredly.

Installed a new heating unit with germicidal light and media filter.

THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT. THE WORKERS WERE A BIT JUNIOR AND LESS EXPERIENCED, FREQUENTLY RELYING ON ONE MORE SENIOR INDIVIDUAL TO GUIDE THEIR WORK. THEY WERE EXCEEDINGLY SLOW, BUT METHODICAL AND CAREFUL. GIVEN THE NUMBER OF INDIVIDUALS WHO WORKED ON OUR HOUSE AND THE NUMBER OF DAYS THAT THEY SPENT THERE, IT'S HARD TO FIGURE HOW THEY MADE A PROFIT. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT. AND THEY WERE QUITE WILLING AND HAPPY TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS/ACCOMMODATIONS TO SUIT OUR NEEDS.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS CLEARLY DRAGGING HIS FEET, JUST SO HE COULD CHARGE MORE TIME. THE HARD START KIT LOOKED USED WITH NO PACKAGING, BUT HE SAID IT''S BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN SITTING IN HIS VAN FOR A LONG TIME -- WHICH WE DOUBT.
