Description of Work: Called company owner, Rob, who came right over to look at our 20 year old leaking roof. Rob took his time on measuring and reviewing our existing roof. Within a half hour he had a quote for us. He sat down and reviewed the quote, explained the products he was going to use, options on different products and answered any questions me and my wife had. After a week of research, looking at pricing, products and other roofs that Rob had worked on, we decided that Rob had the best price, rating and competence. ( to note there were several companies we contacted who never came thru with a follow up or quote). Rob placed us on the schedule, called many days ahead and locked in a date to perform the work. When The crew showed up, Rob was on site making sure the work went smoothly. Within 4 hours, our old roof was gone, a new roof was installed and everything was cleaned up and off the property. You would have never known they were on site, except for the beautiful roof. Rob also called the evening the job was done to check if we had any questions or concerns. We had none. Rob runs NorEaster the way a company should be. Great products, pricing, reliability and customer service.

Description of Work: I contracted with Nor’Easter Roofing in June 2009 to reshingle my 30 year old cape. The owner, Rob Chaille, presented me with a neat package of information on his credentials which included a listing of over 15 references and 11 service magic customer ratings (all of which were excellent). The folder included copies of his contractor’s license and his certificate of liability insurance along with samples of the various colors of shingles that were available. His quote was reasonable for the work to be done which was completely spelled out in the contract. He said that he would be able to do my job in early July and the job was done on 7/13/09. His crew of workers arrived on time preceded by Rob who supervised the job from start to finish (7:00am to 3:00pm). All materials were removed and the grounds around my home were as neat after the job as they were before. He is a personable man and readily answered all my questions as well as gave me some helpful information for some additional carpentry work I’m having done. I recommend him very highly and without any reservations.
